In response to this complaint, I have as owner of the business, reviewed Mr. M[redacted]'s record and his address is not in our system. This means either we never had it or it has been removed per an earlier request. We do not have him on a mailing list at this time. If he has received a direct...

mail piece recently I need to see it to get to the bottom of it. As our records stand he is not able to receive direct mail from our company since there is no address currently in our system. Advertising is expensive and we do not want to spend money on advertising to customers that do not want it. If the goal of Mr. M[redacted] is to not be on our mailing list then I assure Revdex.com and Michael M[redacted] he is not on our direct mailing list.
