A++ for customer service, and I am going out of my way to find places to share this review. In short, I ordered a number of lights, and I received a call within minutes to notify me that they did not have all of the lights in stock. I accepted what they had in stock. I got the revised bill about an hour later, and I was surprised to see that they gave me one string of the lights for free. I did not ask for this. It was not expected. It was a pleasant surprise, and it has won them my future business, and whatever word of mouth referrals & praise that I can spread for them. (www.christmas-lights-online.com)
