Holiday Exxon Service Center

I have been a loyal customer to this service station for five years, and now I feel I have been duped! I discovered quite by accident from another service center that my car([redacted]) has been poorly serviced. It was pointed-out to me that some parts were installed backwards, old parts were put back in when I paid for new, after market parts were installed that do not last unbeknownst to me. Also, because of wear and tear, some things needed attention, and were not pointed-out to me; therefore, I feel my safety was compromised. Whereas most of the employees are friendly, I now feel the craftsmanship is substandard and the [redacted] is untrustworthy. Other people with whom I've spoken about this bad experience have said similar things.
