Don't purchase from HolidayFury! Last year they took two months to ship me a sweater, I didn't receive it till after the holidayThen I go dig it out of the closet this year and it's the wrong sizeThey send me an XXL when I ordered a mediumNow of course they won't exchange it because it's been over days (again, it took them more than sixty days to get it to me)

They take your money, give a receipt without any receipt number.They do not tell you when the merchandise will be shipped nor give a tracking numberI have not received any merchandiseThis "company" is a sham and needs to be shut down!

How is this company still in business? The so called "holiday sweater" (sweatshirt) DOES NOT FIT OVER YOUR HEAD!!!! (for a petite person!!!) Emailed company since only way to communicateOh, no returns! What a scam.! Ordered in November!!! Waited forever to receive They said they would send another They didnt specify neck size After multiple emails I almost gave upI had to ask them what neck size? After measuring the sweatshirt it turns out they will be sending a replacement with the same neck size!!! Anyway, its one week before Christmas and its been several weeks since email I guess they meant for Christmas next year.!! $for a sweatshirt that you cant wear and poor quality material Now I know why the company is named "Holiday Fury"So sad that people make a living taking advantage of others

I ordered a sweater November 29,2016, haven't received my orderNobody responds to emailNobody answers the phone!!

Purchased a Christmas suit on Nov On Nov I contacted company for a status They could not give me one just an email saying they are backordered and trying to fulfill my order and that it would be fulfilled in business days On Dec (business days) I emailed for status and was told that all of their factories are now back up Emailed asking for full refund and response was we cannot give you a refund and told me it would be another 7-days for delivery and gave me a discount code for another purchase Unbelievable!

My experience with this company was negativeI ordered an ugly holiday sweater before ChristmasOf course the company was happy to take my money and even promptly acknowledged receipt of $58.90! That was on December 12thI have contacted the company and they allege they are escalating my complaintThat was on December 25thThey have not contacted me sinceI would like the sweater or my money refundedIt is very difficult to find an address for this companyThere are multiple email addresses and company names used in the process of taking the funds from my bankObviously it is a scamStay away from this company!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY It is a SCAM They take your money immediately and ship you a product from Amazon that costs half the price THIS IS A SCAM

I have had a horrible customer service experience with this companyWe ordered two sweaters in advance of a mid-December ugly sweater party and, despite not receiving any notifications that shipping would be delayed, and my contacting customer service to let them know when we needed the sweaters by, they did not come in timeAnd, in fact, arrived after Christmas for one sweater, and in early January for the otherThey would not honor my repeated requests to cancel the orders and shipped both sweaters outMy request for a refund has been under review for multiple weeks with minimal response from customer serviceAlthough the initial customer service was pleasant and apologetic, subsequent emails have been redundant and dismissiveThey have not honored my request for return shipping labels, or a customer service phone number to contact them directly The only identified agent with whom I have interacted is Miss LibertyI will certainly never use this company again and have warned others against it, as wellTo top it off, the garments we were shipped are not even sweaters, but printed shirts

In all of my years of online shopping, I have never had a more negative experience than with "Holiday Fury"I ordered Christmas Sweaters from their storeThe website advertised 1-weeks for delivery and I gave myself plenty of time to place my orderI needed the sweaters for a specific event and when it became clear that I would not get them in time, I contacted the company to cancel as the order had not shipped yet, and they refused to refund me the moneyHere I am weeks after the order date, and no shipping confirmation has been sent outThey claimed that factory issues kept them from filling ordersThey failed to show empathy and ownership of their mistakeI am not the only one that has issues with the companyA quick glance on their social media will show multiple negative experiences

Ordered a sweater on November 19th Still has yet to ship, it is now December 8th Contacted multiple times to see when my package will ship and I get the same reply everytime, "we will ship your package within 7-days." It's way past that! There's no telling when I will receive this package DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL Customer service is worthless! My guess is that I'm out $for a crappy sweater

I ordered a sweater through Holiday Fury and, instead, received a sweat shirt. The product I received is VERY different from the product advertised online. In addition to not looking anything like the online photo, the sweater is impossible to wear. The neck is so tight it's constricting and the sleeves are entirely too short.

When I emailed their Customer Service department about my disappointment in their product they informed me that each order is custom made and that I wouldn't be receiving any sort of compensation. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

They could not give me one just an email saying they are backordered and trying to fulfill my order and that it would be fulfilled in 10 business days. On 1 Dec 15 (12 business days) I emailed for status and was told that all 3 of their factories are now back up. Emailed asking for full refund and response was we cannot give you a refund and told me it would be another 7-10 days for delivery and gave me a discount code for another purchase. Unbelievable!

This is a terrible company. Ordered 12/8 and didn't arrive until Christmas Eve. The party I needed it for was before that. Tried to cancel - they have a 'no cancellation' policy. Seriously. 'Sweater' arrived and it is not close to a sweater material. It is some type of weird polyester. Poor quality. Never again would I buy from them
