Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Twelve pieces of our furniture had blemishing/marring that we would expect from a moveIt is the pieces with significant damage from the movers' negligence that we are addressing in our complaintK&J'z response is what we've been hearing all along (which makes no sense to us): the check is coming but we don't know how much it isTheir website states: "We make sure that every moving customer is satisfied; you just leave the moving up to usFrom beginning to end, we will handle your move with excellence and expertise every step of the way." Unfortunately damage does occur on some moves especially long distance moves.I do not know a Long Distance mover who has a perfect track recordWe are definitely not disputing the damage and the customer will receive compensation in line with our responsibility for the damage K&J'z was trying to determine a sum to compensate the customer that was over and above the actual amount requiredThat is the reason we were not sure of the amount of the checkThe check is coming which should resolve all issues

I am rejecting this response because: I have some questions to ask the Revdex.comI appreciate that you are willing to work with us.  I did get you phone message that you mention, but through the Revdex.com email, it was suggested that I not to make any contacts with the company I was having an issue with.  I have copied the list of items and cost that was attached to the previous response. The total cost is $516.31 as shown below: Missing items: Macy’s $25.00                                   Box with Margarita Glasses (4) Williams and Sonoma’s $39.95      Box with a Set of Glass mixing bowls (large size to small size- 7 in all) Walmart $74.99                                2-burner Coleman Camping Stove (not in a box) Toys R Us $69.99                              Black and yellow POGO stick (not in a box) Walmart $72.24                               Croquet SetWalmart $75.99                               Bocce Ball SetWalmart $39.49                               Ladder Toss Game (not in a box)Walmart   $13.66                             16” Machete w/ sheathBox of kids clothing $105.00        Jeans #4($7.00), T-shirts #5 ($4.00), Leggings #4 ($5.00), Pajamas #1   ($13.00), Shirts #4 ($6.00) Total cost to replace items =      $516.31

K&J'z always strives to make every customer happy. The lost items that are reported as missing were as far as K&J'z  knew were no longer an issue meaning that they were found and no longer problem. This could be due too a simple miscommunication. The company was under the...

assumption that the customer would unpack all items first and then get back with us. After that conversation the missing items were not mentioned again and the focus  centered around replacing the glass. MR. King delivered the new glass personally to the residence. No one was home which we knew ahead of time so the glass was left by the front door as per instructions by the customer. While it is possible the  some one could have taken the glass. K&J'z was unaware that the glass was never received until this complaint was lodged.  As of today we have left the customer a message and will await a response from them and strive toward a solution.

I am rejecting this response because: The conversation on November 8, 2017 as well as the email that was sent to John on November 9, 2017  was very clear that we had already unpacked all the boxes and the items were missing at that time.
