I'm sorry for the confusion the desk clerk may not have explained the pricing.  The lowest rate was given and a promo code was added as a courtesy for booking directly  with us  . We do not offer a 10% discount to [redacted] members. We offer them  the lowest rate available at the time of booking. As for our game-room hours there was no mention of this in the complaint. Our game room was open from 10AM-10Pm on the dates the customer stayed. It did close one hour early due to labor shortage. I will credit this customer an additional 10 % as a courtesy.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. . 
I have included a screenshot of the original receipt given to me upon paying. It does not indicate any special discounts or dollar amount off per night. I was told verbatim that "we don't offer [redacted] discounts." While the receipt provided by the business looks up to par, that is not what was provided to me, the customer. Nor were these "special" rates spoken of during any of my phone calls prior to check in. Furthermore, the business did not response in any way to other portion of my complaint, which was in regard to the amenities they list and advertise being closed at the time we chose to visit them. The arcade was a problem and being told "there is nothing we can do about it " by the front desk clerk was unacceptable to me. It was an inconvenience to my family and caused quite a bit of upset for my child. The hours were clearly advertised and printed everywhere.
