From: Fran K***Date: Fri, Jan 26, at 6:PMSubject: re: client complaint from [redacted] ID [redacted] To: [redacted] @myRevdex.com.org [redacted] , In reference to this complaint, Holiday House contacted the client and offered to pay for her whole bill of $1800+ The bill was submitted by the client, and submitted for reimbursement Before sending this check to the client, we would like the client to rescind her complaint with the Revdex.com I believe the complaint happened the day the client made contact with us for the first time since September We are always more than willing to work with the client if they contact us directly Again, we do an agreement in place with the client to pay her to reimburse for medical expenses Our policy is to only reimburse up to $300, but we want to do the right thing by this client Please let me know that you have contacted the client and that the claim has be rescinded, so we can get the check to her!!
