I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Review: On 11-29-13 I stayed at this hotel through hotels.com. Upon check out I noticed the hotel had double charged me. Its been 14 days now with no response
Im feed up with calling the general manager, leaving messages and no return call. Very unprofessional for a business establishment.Desired Settlement: Credit my credit card back!!!!!!!

These Guest compliant was resolved on 12/15/2013
the charges on his credit card were reversed out. and he was made aware of this. This should take care of these case

To clear matters, my account was credited 19 days after my stay. I sincerely believe this was based on the fact of making a formal complaint the corporate division of the establishment and with Revdex.com. The establishment never did contact me once the credit had truthful been credited back to my account. Again my issue was not with the establishment but more with the poor management skills provided there for representation.
