Greetings,The room booked is a non refundable roomThe guests were charged for the upcoming reservation as it is a discounted prepayThey then cancelled through our central reservations officeThe room is available should they choose to stayWe will be more than happy to reinstate the reservationWe are not at liberty to offer a refund at this timeMy GM Melissa has disputed the chargeback with the credit card company as our policies reflect this is non refundable.Best regards,Christa R***

My name is Christa R [redacted] and I am the Guest Services Manager here at the Holiday Inn Worthington. I am responding to the complaint ID mention in the subject line. The consumer made a reservation. She provided you with her confirmation #. The consumer states she cancelled but has yet to provide a... cancellation #. I emailed her on Sunday, September 25th, 2016 asking her for the cancellation # and she said she would get back to me with it. She stated she put it in her contact information to you. I have yet to hear from her. She was charged for a one night stay as a no show. Anything further you need from me please do not hesitate to ask.

Here is a copy of the folio showing the refund. ha·rass·ment[huh-ras-muhnt, har-uhs-muhnt]NOUN1.the act or an instance of harassing, or disturbing, pestering, or troubling repeatedlyFact is we told Ms. [redacted] she was a no show and without a cancellation # we would not be issuing a refund. She contacted guest relations, who sided with us per our now show cancellation policy.She then disputed with her credit card, who also sided with us after I provided the necessary documention to dispute.My GM issued a refund to her to so that this would end.I have attached a copy of the folio showing the refund she says she has not received. As to why she has not I do not know, we have done our part and just want this over with.
