It appears that the customer, Ms***, has ordered on a listing that none of the sellers offer prime customer two day free shipping. The customer must have chosen 2nd day shipping at check out which is considered expedited shipping on this listing (page). The page clearly states not
eligible for *** Prime on the upper right hand side directly below the price. Regardless, I will try to refund some of the expedited shipping cost assessed to appease this customer and hopefully win a new repeat customer. Thank you and stand by, Greg ***

At the time I purchased the *** *** online Prime shipping was available After contacting *** regarding this situation many times and being told, the seller stated the product was not available for Prime shipping and I know for sure it was available at the time of my purchaseI went back on the *** website in hopes of finding the product sold by the vendor in hopes of taking a screenshot of the advertisement, unfortunately the exact advertisement had been removed and the product was now being advertised at $with prime free shippingI noticed in the sellers response it was mentioned the product is not offered for prime shippingI have screenshot photos to verify that is not the truthI am not sure where the breakdown happened in regards to the order I placed, but I would like to be refunded $overcharge for the product purchased Thank you in advance. We are not [redacted] see above:The actual link:[redacted]    [redacted]Prime Medical Store is not offering any warranty- we buy direct from [redacted] and they have their warranty information available on the listing.  Lastly, this scooter has great ratings and the manufacturer's warranty is standard within the industry, so I am wondering why would any customer want to return the scooter.  There is no mention of damage or wrong parts, etc.  Again I will need the [redacted]- seventeen digit number to look at this specific order, and give you the attention that you require or please call me...I would be glad to discuss this order with [redacted] if you will please call me:[redacted]

Hello,I did not request expedited shipping.  The listing you have posted above is not the exact page that I purchased from.  That is easy to determine by the difference in pricing. This order number is linked to a [redacted] number This number links your order directly to the item page ordered off of. If you look you will see that these numbers match this number being “[redacted]”    We have also contacted [redacted] to file an investigation on why they have not ruled in your favor with the [redacted] claim. Regards,Hello,As I stated in my previous emails I chose Prime shipping when placing the order.  After the order was submitted, I received a confirmation email displaying the up charges of $186.17.  I immediately contacted [redacted] to cancel the order once I noticed Prime shipping had not been applied to my order as it should have.  I was not willing to pay $186.17 for a $46.17 product. [redacted] tried contacting the seller, however was not successful due to the business being closed for the holiday.  [redacted] then told me the order could not be cancelled due to not being able to reach the seller for the cancellation and ensured me it would not be a problem to get the shipping charge discrepancy resolved once they were able to reach the seller.  Since then this entire ordeal has been a complete disaster for me.In addition, I have never experienced any problems of this nature since ordering from [redacted] and I place many orders with [redacted] on a monthly bases.  I am fully aware of how [redacted] works and do not find it in anyway to be tricky until this ordeal occurred.  I do not believe this has anything to do with [redacted] it self.  This is more of a third party seller taking responsibility for a mistake on their behalf and not shifting the blame off to [redacted] nor the customer, by attempting to force the customer to take on an abundance of the fees charged due to their company mistake.  I am not sure how this happened on the seller end, but I just want the issue to be resolved expeditiously.A refund of $40 does not appease me in no way, as a matter of fact I think it is a total insult to me as a customer. Thank You
