Guest made a reservation online. In doing so, she did receive a reduced rate by making a restricted reservation. When making the reservation, it clearly states that the reservation can not be canceled. The reservation does ask the guest more then once if they are sure they want to make the reservation with the restrictions that are attached to it. You can't confirm your reservation until you confirm that you do understand the conditions. We are sorry that we can't refund the guest money, as it wouldn't be fair to guests who pay more to have the chance to cancel until 6pm day of arrival.

I am rejecting this response because:
I do not understand why I should pay for a product I never used. I understand if I buy something I use it , if I do not use it I do not have to pay. Even in the shop people have a right to get refund for product they did not use and do not like for example. What kind policy is that ,taking money from the people for nothing ?For me it only looks as a spam,nothing else. There are too many websites with scam like that. I was not familiar with that. I look at the picture , I liked the room , I made a reservation. Then I found hotel that close to [redacted] , and wanted to cancel this one. Now I have all that nightmare with this hotel. I wish I never found that website. But now for sure , I will never recommend to anybody to go there.I hope to resolve this problem and people from the hotel will understand that they can not treat customers like that. I do not care if it special rate , because I was looking only for good room to spend nice weekend with my boyfriend. We had a very good time in PA , [redacted] , in wonderful hotel [redacted] But it left la nasty taste in the mouth after having deal with hotel in [redacted]
