Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: 2/3/ In response to Holiday Inn Express claim that I did not drop off supporting documentation of my injuries, I attempted to drop off these documents om 1/27/and the Holiday Inn Express rejected my documentation due to the fact that they refused to sign a receipt of delivery I called IHG after this happened and e-mailed all of the documentation on 1/27/to IHG directly Sincerely, [redacted]
