I am rejecting this response because: The Management did not specify if they would be offering this "complimentary accommodation" at ONLY their location, or for what datesThey already tried to pull some crap and say we could have a "discounted" room on a WEDNESDAY nightI PAID for a much more expensive SATURDAY nightI want to make sure that I can use this "complimentary" accommodation at ANY of their Holiday Inn Express hotels, on any of their rooms because due to the poor management and the HASSLE I have experienced, I will not be staying at their specific hotel againFurthermore, I neither live close to nor will be going back through Kansas City in the near futureI feel as though they have not refunded any patrons who were unable to stay that evening and if you cannot provide what you were selling when I made the purchase, I should be indemnified FULLY
