Thanks for taking my call today I am sending this email to advise you that I did contact and speak with Mr*** *** and explained to him that it
took us a few days as the No Refund Policy was that of IHG Hotels and Holiday Inn not us as the Franchisee. I did get permission and decided to issue a refund in the amount of to his Master Card on 4/15/I did call and speak with Mr*** on Monday April 18th to advise him that the refunded had postedI asked him to contact me if he had any further needs or there was an issue with the refund he said he would do so.
