Holiday Inn Express & Suites Millington Hotels

This hotel offered our company a group rate through a web-site ([redacted].com)that they later reneged on. This is unheard of in the group tour business where a company makes an offer which is accepted and, then, renegs. The ethics of this situation are deplorable.Desired SettlementThey should honor their commitment but they will not do that. I hope that other business are warned about their ethics.Business Response Mr [redacted] is correct in that we could not honor his request for pricing that he rec'd on [redacted].com. During the dicussion to resolve the matter though our network of properties this customer began using threats, slurs and profanities. At this point we were no longer interested in his business. We use [redacted] as a tool to market our properties and are in good standing with the company as well as the Revdex.com. They would not honor the offer that their rep made and the only threat after that was that I would contact the Revdex.com. There was no slurs (whatever that means) or profanities. These people are totally unethical and pitiful.If they had honored their offer, we would have brought business to them. I have been a tour operator for over 40 years and have never seen a company that reneged like this. If all companies exhibited their ethics, it would be impossible to do business.Final Business Response Revdex.com I have attempted to reach out to Mr. [redacted] on many occasions and have never received a call back. While I am sure that [redacted] tours is a great tour company we feel that we have done our due diligence at this point.
