6pm and again at 12pmThe guests had keysThe 2nd key was used to enter the room at 3am (Exact times are on lock read report) Bottom line is that there were no other entries to the room except for the guestsI advised claimant that the same room key used at 6pm was the same one used a midnight, so hotel is not liable for her claim
She's claiming that she is reading a review on Trip Advisor that this recently happened to another guestand she did not want to let this goOUr Insurance claims person advised her Innkeeper statuteGst also called our Guest relation number and was advised to pursue with Insurance or policeGst was given an uber ride to bart and bfst was comped, police also took her statement and report filed

I am alleging foul play on behalf of the hotelWe did not enter the room at midnight when our good were stolenWe both had a key to the room and did not enter until around 3amI strongly believe a member of the staff unlawfully entered our room using a duplicate keyThere is now way we the guests entered at anytime between 6pm and 3am - NONENo one else stayed with us or shared a keyThis hotel has been given bad reviews for shady dealings in and around the hotel facilityI am confident someone in the staff is involved

As mentioned to both guest/s, when incident was raised, a thorough lock read was ran and report submitted by our Engineer showed only two keys issued to guest and the housekeeper on their floorA large number of our housekeeping staff have been employed by our hotel for over 10-years, they do a great job in keeping the rooms clean and and are very trustworthyAll of our door locks are the latest in its technology and have been installed/tested to ensure our guests safety and securityHotel has not further action on this complaint

I would like to see this engineer's reportThe issue is no a single person from Holiday Inn Express has contacted us regarding any resolutionI have not seen any reports other than what I am being toldEverything being stated is just rhetoric with not resolutionWe paid to stay in a safe and secure hotel and we did not get such serviceWe both had our keys in our possession and did not enter the room anytime near 12amIt's unfathomable that we stole from ourselves and then would cause this uproarHow about reports from the lobby elevator? One must have a valid room key to go up to their designated floorCan we see that report in and around midnight? I would like to see all reports that hotel rep is referring to
