Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The recording I have clearly confirms that someone within your organization, whose name sounds like a Tia or Kia (or so they claim), confirms the exact room type we mentioned in the above complaintTwice this person who represents your hotel confirmed that "they have the deluxe suite with two queen beds and sofa sleeper available"They even put me on hold and supposedly spoke with your front deskThe only time anyone ever requested to hear the recording was when we immediately called the front desk after seeing the one bed whirlpool suite you put my family of inHowever they stated there were "no other rooms that would accommodate my family of 5" as wellI asked what the point would be of bringing my phone down to the lobby and playing the recording if there was nothing you were willing or able to do, they had no responseSo I would be happy to edit my CC number out of the recording and post it here for the public to listen to, so they can clearly see how you treat your guests..? Before posting any recorded conversations which confirm everything I have stated, I want to make sure the Revdex.com allows this and you agree to this being doneYour system also states at the beginning of this call that you record your conversations, have you listened to this? I have given the exact date and time in which the call was made to make it easier for you to find, was any effort made to find this recording and discipline the representative that lied to us? At no point was there ever any mention of us receiving a cheaper rate because the room type was not guaranteedIn fact, we would have just picked the two queen bed "standard room" (which I was told had a chair, not a couch) for around $less if we knew we would not be getting the room type that was confirmed TWICE on the phone callHaving a smaller room with TWO beds for the cheaper rate would have been much better than a SINGLE BED room with a whirlpool next to the bed for a FAMILY OF We opted for the larger two bed family suite because that is what we were told we would get, period Regards, Jeremey

I spoke to *** and the money has been returned. She was frustrated that it took so long for the money to be returned to her account. I told her sometimes it takes longer for banks to release funds when using a debit card. For the inconvenience, I refunded another nights
stay to help her out. She was very appreciative of the resolution

At this time, my complaint, ID 11888207 regarding Southern Fence & Iron LLC has been resolved.  The owner originally reimbursed me with a bad check and so I hired a lawyer to deal with the issue. The lawyer sent a demand letter in accordance with NSF check laws...

and the owner of Southern Fence & Iron refunded us our deposit.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Southern Fence & Iron LLC regarding complaint ID 11668493, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They have placed wooden boards to create a concrete chain wall, but never placed the poles in the ground yet.    They...

have not poured the concrete yet.  They have not removed the 20+ year old fence poles yet.  I now have grass growing about 18" high between the boards they need to pour concrete in which will make pouring the concrete without grass penetration difficult unless they remove a side of boards and cut the grass.  And finally they have installed no fence yet.  They are now well past the contractual completion date of end of July.  It is always tomorrow or soon as when they will get back on the job.

On July 14, 2016 at 2:48pm, I was contact via telephone by Tom from Southern Fence & Iron. Tom stated again that he had the...

lock to install and asked if someone would be home on Saturday, July  16th. I informed Tom that I would be home. Tom stated he would notify me of a time however, I did not hear from Tom and no one from Southern Fence & Iron showed up.

Having a smaller room with TWO beds for the cheaper rate would have been much better than a SINGLE BED room with a whirlpool next to the bed for a FAMILY OF 5.... We opted for the larger two bed family suite because that is what we were told we would get, period.

Review: My family and I stayed at the Holiday Inn on Walnut, which is only one block from Disneyland. The first problem was that they informed us that there was a shuttle from the hotel to Disney. They did not mention that there was a cost. The hotel is one block from the resort, but about a mile from downtown Disney. We went to the Onx restaurant inside the hotel. The food was not good and the dishes were not clean. It looked as if the staff put food on a plate that had just been used by another customer. Second the staff and service were terrible. The rooms were not cleaned, in fact the second day of our stay we had gone to Disneyland all day, came back to the hotel and no staff had cleaned the room at all when we returned, which was about 4:30 I. The afternoon. We called the front desk and explained what happened and he asked us if we left the "do not disturb" sign on the door. I informed him that we did not. He also asked "Would you like for someone to come and clean the room?". I informed him that it would be nice. Did he really think that we wanted the room dirty for our family to sleep in? There were no apologies for the room being dirty and unclean. We had to leave the room after a very long day so that staff could clean, which should have been done already. We came back to the room about fifteen minutes later in which staff had left. The staff did not make the beds correctly. The throws were supposed to be on the beds but they were behind the television and in the chair. The floors were not cleaned properly and there was no toilet paper on the roll, which we had to insert ourselves. My husband and I wanted to take our children to Disneyland before he officially retired from the military after thirty two years of service and we moved back east. We were able to do that, but the stay and relaxation that we were promised was a farce. This is not how you treat customers especially one who does his best to protect this country.Desired Settlement: I feel that a portion of our cost should be deducted since we were displaced from our room, due to it being unclean. I also would like an apology from management for how they handled the situation.
