I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I would like to thank the Holiday Inn for assuring me that [redacted] deceitfully advertised to its patrons and did not notify the hotel of my food allergies amongst various other issues.

Dear [redacted],
I am responding to a complaint letter with assigned ID of [redacted].
The Holiday Inn Morgantown is in a contract with [redacted] to perform certain duties in compliance with our contract with said company, [redacted], our...

client. We Supply overnight sleeping rooms and meals that are designated by [redacted], our client. All meals are served (per contract with [redacted], our client) with a vegetarian option. The Holiday Inn Morgantown has NO say in what is served or at what time it is served. This again is dictated by our client, [redacted]. The customer in question, with the complaint should reach out to [redacted] with her concerns. As I would certainly love to address her issues, my hands are tied as our contract is with [redacted] as to what is on the menu. The Holiday Inn Morgantown does have a restaurant that is open for both breakfast and dinner at which time the customer in question could certainly have purchased other food.I would like to address her other complaints that have to do with The Holiday Inn Morgantown as well if I may.
1. Over a three weekend contract with [redacted], we have received 2 complaints about the food. That is less than a 1% complaint rate.
2. Our Food and Beverage Service takes pride in what they serve and how it is presented.
3. Pre packaged food that is sold in our sundry shop is check on a weekly basis for out of date items. To be honest, our shop is so busy it is hard to believe that any item can get to be expired.4. Our room service is closed during our [redacted] weekends, however, food can be ordered from our bar or bistro.
5. Per the insinuation of our hotel not allowing them to leave early because we were checking their rooms for missing items is not true. Again, as per the contract with [redacted], all rooms much be checked prior to checking out for damage since they are responsible for it. The hotel is well staffed for this to take place and have several people on site to make sure that this function is done in a timely manner. Usually less than 15 minutes.
In closing, I am I sorry that her food allergies were not addressed nor was it disclosed to us. Our contract with [redacted] gives us clear instructions on what is to be on the menu. Her concerns should be taken to [redacted] as most of the issues where directly involving the sale and consumption of the package.
