Hello,We have provided all the documentation showing the reservations were made by the guest and per policy the guest was chargedGuest also had contacted the IHG corporate office who reviewed the case and agreed with the Hotels actions. I understand that there is a disagreement by the guest and they should refer it to their credit card company.Tushar S***

Hello Revdex.com, Guest [redacted] had made two separate reservations made at our Hotel from the same device that was used to make them. 1st reservation was made on August 30th 2017 with Confirmation # [redacted], which was utilized by the guest. 2nd reservation was made on September 7th to arrive on...

September 14th for 3 nights with Confirmation # [redacted]. Based on the reservation booked by guest with the policies agreed to at the time of booking  (Details attached) guest was to be charged for the entire reservation as a no show. We only charged the customer a 1 nights room and tax as a one time courtesy. I spoke with guest few days back and her initial comment to me was that she never made the reservation. Which I confirmed from our reservation system that it was in fact booked by the guest and the charge was valid. I also provide the guest the number to IHG corporate offices who also verified that both the reservations were booked by the guest.Based on the Hotel policy guest was charged appropriately.Sincerely,Tushar S[redacted]

Review: I stayed at the holiday inn on [redacted] I'm December. I booked my room thru [redacted]. Once I checked in I noticed that the heat was not working in the room. I complained to the front desk but noone did anything about it. I called the manager and informed how I had to sleep in a room and the heat did not work. The manager stated that he would refund me money for the room but because I booked with [redacted], they would be required to refund me. A couple of days later I noticed there was a smoking fee charge on my account. I called back to the manager and also spoke with the hotel housekeeping manager is she stated they only the manager or the Account Manager could fix the problem. I called several times to speak to the general manager the Account Manager and the housekeeping manager and left several messages and no one returned my phone calls. I called almost every day trying to speak to the Account Manager the housekeeping manager and also the general manager and the front desk assistants explained to me that they were out for vacation and that no one there can help me. the housekeeping manager was very rude and ignorant towards me. I explain the circumstances that I went through and that I did not smoke in the room. she stated that hard worker said that it smelt like smoke in the room, so that's why they charge you an extra $250 for smoking in the room. I explained to the housekeeping manager that this is ridiculous I stayed with her then I do not smoke. she began to raise her voice at me and I told her that I would like to speakto ever the general manager is. when I spoke to the general manager the first time about the room having no heat he did not explain to me anything about a smoking fee that I was charged and he did not stated to me. I called[redacted] to complain about the situation and they were supposed to write notes down and they did not about the room not having any heat. when [redacted] called the Holiday Inn to verify that there was no heat in the room the Holiday Inn did not put any notes in the system that there was no heat in the room when I stayed thereDesired Settlement: I would like a refund of the hotel room [redacted] and a refund from Holiday inn of 250 and a free one night stay
