Holiday Inn Rochester Airport

I arrived at this hotel, computers where down at the time of arrivalThe room had no toilet paper so we had to call to desk to ge someWe went down to tour hotel and inquire about the pool and the owner was very rude saying he wasn’t going to open itWe asked about breakfast again he was very rudeHe then started getting loud and my year old son was right thereI asked about there computers being down as another worker was on it with a photo me customer making reservations and again he became very loud and very rudeWe where there about hours and left due to his ignorance and my year old now needing to see this man act this wayMy son is going in for a pacemaker Friday this being the reason we traveled hereHe then started getting loud and rude saying we can’t leave it’s like taking a planeWe left and he charged my card $for hoursI want a refund as he refused to give it to me

When I checked in to the Ramada in Rochester ny Brooks ave on the Ramada website it’s say that breakfast is included but we we got there they said it notOnce we checked in the room the curtains was dirty and there was holes in the wallWent into the pool area the ceiling looked like it was going to fall inOnce I bung all this to the front desk person sh directed me to the owner of the hotel and he informed me that he will not give andDiscounts or refunds I explained to him he should work with his guest and that it’s all about customer service and he said that since he owned the property he can do what he wants moments later a random guy come out of nowhere and ask if he needed Any assistance with us it pretty much became an argue ment and he threaten to kick us out this all happened on the of January I made to reports to Wyndham and I made him aware that I made the complaint he replied he didn’t care because they weren’t going to do anything about it here it is on the

I booked with this hotel on Hotels.com.traveling with a family of with childrenPicked this hotel for numerous reasonsFree breakfast, pool and Hot tub and priceAlso with the option of booking online and paying with cash at hotelUpon chenoticed that the front desk person was working off a sheet of paper with open room numbers on iti told her I had a reservation and wanted to pay cashShe got the owne who stated that I needed to give him the credit card I booked withI told him I wanted to Patto pay cashHe told me it was for incidentalsI gave him cash for the roomUpon getting in the room there was no ac and one set of towels for peopleI went to the front desk and he changed our room and we had to wait for towels(7hrs to be exact) overt heard him tell another employee that people should bring their own towelsThey advertise the hottub And it hasnot been in use in 2yrs according to the owner(Owner is hands on in the hotel) also not one of their employees
