Review: After finding bed bugs in hotel room, the manager offered to reimburse for laundering our clothes. After researching how to get rid of bed bugs, I ran all clothing, shoes, backpacks etc. thru a hot dryer. Several of our items were ruined. Sent email to manager as well as Holiday Corporate office. Neither sent me a responseDesired Settlement: Given our loss is at least $700.00 I would like to see Holiday Inn compensate $700.00 or a portion thereof. No response is very disappointing.
