Holiday Inn St. Louis-South County Center

This hotel continues to have significant staffing turnover which results in poor management and unreliable service. I do event planning for a not for profit in the Saint Louis area. Our organization has used this hotel since 2018 for large events. However, for the last 2 years, with the constant changeover of sales, general manager, and F&B, planning is very difficult. Due to the pandemic we had to postpone our 2020 event and we were promised a full refund. That was 3 months ago and still no refund. We were also planning a smaller September event but am still awaiting a contract.

I would strongly urge folks to look elsewhere for a hotel if you are having an event.

The hotel also needs upgrading in the public spaces...also promised for months and still nothing has been done.
