The coupon is only honored as a walk in rate. I am so sorry that this guest made the trip, when we are over 90% occupied we do not take the coupon. There seems to have been some confusion. I do not know who Mr *** spoke to when he initially called, but he should have been told
of the circumstances then. Everyone at the front desk is quite versed on this matter so I find it hard to believe that he was not told that when he initially called Regardless, please have Mr *** call me when he wants to visit this hotel again and I will do all I can to accommodate him with a comp room.
