Dear [redacted] ,I have received your letter in regards to the complaint made by [redacted] regarding his stay with us [redacted] checked into our hotel on 01/20/departing on 01/21/He was charged plus tax for people for one night...we found [redacted] in the room on Sunday 01/22/We told him he would have to pay for his stay from Saturday to Sunday which was not paid for he said he wasn't paying for the room so he was asked to leave.he is still responsible for the stay of Saturday to SundayYou find a copy of his folio from when he checked into our hotel also a letter from the front desk clerk who checked him inif he said he was staying for two nights his total rate would have been $as you see he paid for one night...the following documation will show you wat he paid us for the one night and since he stayed a second night he was charged If you need any other information you are more than welcome to contact me ...Thank You Kimberly N

Good afternoon [redacted] Here are the details of the reservation made by [redacted] The Confirmation number is # [redacted] The reservation was made on 02-28-2016.To get a discounted price he made advance purchase non-refundable reservation .The credit card was charged on March 1st 2016.He tried to cancel the reservation by calling the [redacted] They go with the rate rules and regulations They advised the guest to speak to the hotel directly .He was mentioning my name in the complaintThe guest never spoke to me .The first time when I got a call from central reservations for a request to cancel the advance purchase reservation without penalty as a gesture of goodwill I told the agent that I am cancelling the reservation and gave her the cancellation number and I even told the agent that I am issuing the refund today but it will take to business days for the credit to show on the cardThe reservations agent said that she will convey the same message to the guest as he hung up the phone on the central reservations agent .Yours in Hospitality,

I resolved with guest, as attached She did leave a VM on 11/18, however I was out of town for business I returned a call on Monday, 11/21, and reversed the incorrect night stay MsHamilton they became very irritated and wanted the local tax ($0.59) waived because [redacted] had incorrect taxes formatted This too was done on 11/22/

Revdex.com spoke with [redacted] from the businessThe amount mentioned in the complaint was for the entire even not just the foodThe food came up to $3,They were informed of guests, and there ended up being at least people to feed, they only cook to the order they are givenThey were told that the wedding planner would serve the head table, a B.E.O was signed stated Roasted potatoes, they were not given breakfast potatoes they were given a different cut of potatoes to try and feed the guests that were not accounted for at the time of the meal planningThe beans were cook as requested and the dishes did have gravyThe strawberries were taken up to the room by a manager and there was no mention of the room being dirtyChampagne was on all tables

We have refinanced a house mortgagePreviously mortgage was with the same bankDuring the refinancing we were charged $for government taxes and feesWe had asked for proof of such payments before closingNow more than weeks after closing bank can provide proof of payment for government taxes and fees totaling only $We would like a refund for the difference of $with appropriate interestIf the bank can provide the additional proof of payment or proper refund we will withdraw our complaint and the case

room, room number The hotel contacted out pest control company and got them out to inspect the room*** pest control came to the hotel and inspected guest room on August 22, and provided a report to the hotel the next morning on August 23, stating there was no bed bug activity foundThe morning of August 23, the hotel sent the enclosed report from *** to guest *** *** * showing that there were no bed bugs found in room ***Since there was no activity found, the hotel is not willing to provide any type of compensation.Thank YouTina FGeneral Manager

The guest contacted us after his departure to report this incident that occurred during his stay. He also reported this incident to *** Hotel Groups (***) Guest Relations. While we prefer people do not smoke at the entrances they tend to do this if they go out in the middle
of the night because we do not allow smoking in the guest rooms. We also take guest complaints on behaviors that are making them uncomfortable very seriously, but if not reported while they are on site it is difficult to determine who was causing the problem, and therefore, be able to solve the issue. While we understand how Mr*** feels, we do not feel this warrants a refund of any kind. If we are unaware of a situation it is difficult to solve it

As a physician/surgeon at *** I was excited to take my wife and son for a tour with the plan to sign up for a monthly membership with the the child care a(it was our year wedding anniversary and a year family membership to ACAC was going to be my present to her)We were initially assisted by the Membership Coordinator and appalled by his pretentiousness and overall lack of excitement about the prospect of signing up a new familyEspecially in light of this being a company that prides itself on generating revenue by having physicians write prescriptions for fitness with many of these patients ultimately joining ACACWhen we mentioned that a fellow physician/surgeon at *** had informed us that ACAC was currently running a promotion to waive the $enrollment fee he immediately fired back that the promotion ended a few days ago and it was extremely rare because "ACAC loves their enrollment fees." After once again making a point that I was a physician at *** he mentioned after the fact that he had planned to reduce the enrollment fee to $which we kindly thanked him for while wondering if this company was really going to step over years (surgery residency at ***) of $140/month membership dues ($8,TOTAL) and unquantifiable income in the way of physician referrals to pick up $The encounter quickly went downhill from there as he showed next to no interest in signing up my family for a membershipHe took my wife on an abbreviated and apathetic tour as our son was starting to get ready for a nap and at the end of the encounter did not offer any follow upMy wife had to ASK HIM for his business card after he walked away back to his officeI will not be joining ACAC, will not be referring my patients to ACAC and instead will be sharing my negative experience with ACAC with my fellow physicians and my patientsIt is unfortunate that the actions of one employee reflected so negatively on what otherwise seemed to be a phenomenal facility and an amazing business model to improve community health through fitness and if ACAC owner *** *** or other corporate management would like to contact me to discuss my experience I would be happy to speak with them ***

As the Broker of Keller Williams Realty-RGV, it was my direction that Alberto *** could not pay a rebate to a buyer To do so is in violation of The Texas Real Estate Commission rules and regulations and if done, could jeporadize the agent's license The agent did not advertise or
promote that he would offer a rebate to any buyer, the request for a rebate came from *** ***, with the statement that he had done this before with other real estate agents The letter Mr*** refers to above stated that Alberto must receive a 3% commission, because the listing agent performed the duties of the buyer's agent due to the location of the property, it was agreed upon that Alberto would only receive a 2% commission As real estate agents we have a fiduciary responsibility to our clients, Mr*** refused to sign the Information on Broker Services form and the Buyer Representative form that were sent to him, the electronic system used by our office indicates he viewed both forms but did not sign them This is an unfortunate situation and our wish is that all our transactions will go smoothly for all parties involved That is not always the case as in any industry, you sometimes have agents that don't meet standards and sometimes you have consumers that try to influence agents to do things that are not legal in their profession My decision is firm
