Review: I ordered three (3) personalized letters from the East Bunny & three (3) 10' extra soft plush East Bunnies also sticker for my neice & nephews for Easter 2013. I mailed the order forms & check number [redacted] in the amount of $44.92. On March 25,2013,Holiday Innovations cashed the check on March 28,2013, sent confirmation numbers: on March 28,2013. Order# [redacted] & Order# [redacted] and Order# [redacted]. I have called them on April 8th,left a message a few times, and they called me on April 15th was told the product was shipped out which were never recieved. I called back on April 17th and several times thereafter. Now when I call all I get is an answering machine. This is very unprofessional and fraudulent of them not to send out my items and to disregard my phone calls like this. The parties still to this date have not recieved the items.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a refund of $44.92.
