Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint As I have previously stated, [redacted] is responding solely on heresayHe was not present at any time during the transaction and is only responding, not by what HE has seen or heard, but merely by what he is being toldAlso, his responses are continually referencing problems not addressed in my original complaint and I am finding myself responding to items that ARE issues with this motorhome, but not issues I am asking the Revdex.com to consider, therefore, any issues NOT directly concerning the rear, passenger slide-out will not, in the future, be addressed.Having said that, I will reiterate on the day of the sale my husband asked ONE screw be placed in a front fender so as not to cause problems on the mile trek homeINSTEAD, KKrv's employee attached the slide to the body of the coach, causing the frame to pull away from the body, which Revdex.com has been presented with picturesMr [redacted] has previously stated the shop doing the work here in California has stated 'age' might be a factorI would propose dry rot and rust, the result of this coach NOT being properly maintained, is more the causeAgain, KKrv's is 100% responsible for their employee and his ability to properly secure any work he doesI might add, IF you are unable to do the work asked of you, one should not attempt to do the jobAs Mr [redacted] states, in his last response " It is still unclear why a screw (TWO screws and a piece of metal NOT ONE screw) was randomly screwed in to the fender unless the fender was not secure.) Permanently attaching one moving part and one stationary part together....It is unclear to me why one would even THINK about doing that! Perhaps Mr [redacted] should ask the party who caused this damage why he 'randomly' did thatMr [redacted] also states "The customer says the screw issue occurred the day of the transaction..." Of course it did! Why, after spending the night and attempting to extend the slide, would we return the next day to have the issue dealt with? And why wouldn't we have completed the transaction (relating to the screw issue)? Who would have ever imagined this 'mistake (as Mr [redacted] has stated)' would have ever been an issue? A competent employee would have never thought to do that [redacted] has stated "As far as the offerKKrv's wants satisfied customers." IF that were the case, this complaint would have never been filed as Mr [redacted] would have profusely apologized and paid for the damages caused by his employeePaying for half the repair does NOT satisfy the damages caused to OUR motorhome by KKrv'sWith full payment I will edit my negative review on KKrv's FB pageMy post merely states "KKrv's does not stand behind the work done by their employees." THAT is a TRUE statement as can be seen by the Revdex.comI hope this satisfies any doubt the Revdex.com might have about the goings on concerning the slide out.We are indebted $10,currently in repairs to the outside of this motorhome, onlyRevdex.com, please ask yourselves why the lock issue, professional carpet shampooer, toilet leak, fresh water plumbing, etc is being mentioned in this responseIt has NOTHING to do with the complaint Regards, [redacted]

ood afternoon:My name is *** *** I am the operations manager of KKRVS** *** and I have been speaking since early NovThe RV was purchased tuesday Oct 13th A complete walk thru of the RV was done with the customer which allowed them to know the RV was in good working order
The customer initialed numerous items were found in proper working orderItems like, the motor, fridge, gen etc etcAt the bottom of the page the customer signed they were satisfied with the transaction, If they werent satisfied, why did they sign a sheet stating they wereEven better if the customer didnt like the RV why did they buy itNo request was made for a down payment refundKKRVS will add after the customer had spent the night in the RV, the bank check had been deposited, on wed oct 14th they asked for a complete refund, which kkrvs did not honor that request. Also a standard AS IS no warranty form was sign on tuesdayTuesday night the customer called *** manager of sales about the electric entry steps were not folding in but about 50% or so later tuesday night the customer saw the rear toilet valve had developed a slow fresh water leakThey returned on wed oct 14th wanting kkrvs to address these itemsKKRVS did address these items in good faithSince the customer had bought the RV ASIS an additional form had to be signed for kkrvs to work on the RV free of chargeDuring this time as ** *** point out the storage doors under the slide were not attached securely, KKRVS spent several hours on the RV free of charge, we also called in an emergency professional carpet shampooer to come address a stain the toilet leaking had causedDuring this time the customer asked kkrvs to try and secure the storage bin area under the slidePLEASE note this occurred on Wed not tuesday as the complaint suggestAn employee did attach a screw mistakenly to part of the slide that moved to a part that didnt moveSingle screw, needless to say it popped when the slide went outAdditional attachments were made on wed afternoonFrom the sounds of it, the additional repairs got the RV home milesMs *** since nov has made numerous complaints about the RV, some items were signed off on as working at the time of pick upEvery complaint was always followed up with what is the estimate for the screw damage and KKRVs would reviewIt has taken months from purchase, and months since we spoke to get this estimateWith all this said, KKRVS would not have run a screw into a panel for no reasonThe customer even states it was not secure to begin withKKRVS holds true that the customer complaint does have an error, and the screw damage occurred not on Tuesday but wed, when kkrvs was doing post sale customer service free of chargeThe estimate submitted by the customer that was written by a 3rd party of the customers choosing, plainly states age is a factor in the damageIn all of this KKRVS would have been better off, telling the customer the RV was ASIS and we are not working on it for freeThe RV is yrs oldcalender RVs as of last fallUntil this complaint was submitted to Revdex.com KKRVS did offer half the repair bill approx The RV repair center the customer has used charges per hour laborSince addressing complaints like this take time, we will be back charging the labor against the offerTo date we have approx minutesKKRVS feels the customer is not being reasonable, and is ignoring what the serivce center statedIT was little loose at the time of purchaseThe customer expecting KKRVS to make it better than it was at the time of purchase is not a reasonable requestWe hope Revdex.com will agreeThanks *** *** ***

KKRVS concerning the Rexall:  I am very familiar with this situation concerning the rexall: *The RV was sold AS IS NO WARRANTY*The customer signed a document that stated they were satisfied with the transaction. This document is available if needed[redacted] did do a very through walk thru of the RV before the downpayment was sent. So Complete the customer knew several storage door locks were messed up, prior to the down payment being sent. This is 1 of many post sale complaints the customer has had, that was either covered and or  considered working prior to the completion of the sale* The customer stated she didnt ask for the down payment returned not to complete the sale, because she would loose the down payment, but yet asked to unwind the transaction after they slept in it, and legally took ownership of the RV?It would have been easier to refund $500.00 than unwind a transaction*The 13th vs the 20th was a typo on my part. I knew the RV was picked up just before the 3rd wed in October, just looked at the calender wrong*The customer says the screw issue occurred the day of the transaction, honestly KKRVS recalls different, however if it occured the day of the pickup, the customer still completed the transaction of thier own free will. The freely admit they didnt ask to back out of the transaction, and they left satisfied the day of the transaction. Once again this is in writing on KKRVS pickup inspection sheet*The professional carpet shampoo person was called in as a result of the toilet leak repair post sale*The toilet was fixed post sale.* the fresh water plumbing system was not promised to work at the time of the sale, RV sold subject to the terms of the ebay ad, customer signed document acknowledging this prior to downpayment. The ebay terms of the sale does not cover the fresh water system*The estimate for repair clearly states damage due to TIME as a cause* it is still unclear why a screw was randomly screwed in to the fender unless the fender was not secure. As far as the offer. KKRVS wants satisfied customers. If agreeing to pay half the repair does not satisfy the customer then why do it? If doing the post sale repairs was not in the name of customer satisfaction KKRVS could have saved itself several headaches. KKRVS will pay half for customer satisfaction, if this is not acceptable, then I am afraid KKRVS is at an impasse. In doing so, the customer must remove its neg review off the KKRVS face book page and any other web page they have post negative reviews. Otherwise, I am afraid we are done. Otherwise it appears the customer has plenty of time on their hand to ruin the reputation of a company that did try to work with them, and more concerned of complaining that fixing the problem. KKRVS has learned that in these cases, KKRVS cannot satisfy them.[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  As I have previously stated, [redacted] is responding solely on heresay. INSTEAD, KKrv's employee attached the slide to the body of the coach, causing the frame to pull away from the body, which Revdex.com has been presented with pictures. Mr. [redacted] has previously stated the shop doing the work here in California has stated 'age' might be a factor. I would propose dry rot and rust, the result of this coach NOT being properly maintained, is more the cause. Again, KKrv's is 100% responsible for their employee and his ability to properly secure any work he does. I might add, IF you are unable to do the work asked of you, one should not attempt to do the job. As Mr. [redacted] states, in his last response " It is still unclear why a screw (TWO screws and a piece of metal NOT ONE screw) was randomly screwed in to the fender unless the fender was not secure.) Permanently attaching one moving part and one stationary part together....It is unclear to me why one would even THINK about doing that! IF that were the case, this complaint would have never been filed as Mr. [redacted] would have profusely apologized and paid for the damages caused by his employee. Paying for half the repair does NOT satisfy the damages caused to OUR motorhome by KKrv's. With full payment I will edit my negative review on KKrv's FB page. My post merely states "KKrv's does not stand behind the work done by their employees." THAT is a TRUE statement as can be seen by the Revdex.com. I hope this satisfies any doubt the Revdex.com might have about the goings on concerning the slide out.We are indebted $10,000.00 currently in repairs to the outside of this motorhome, only. Revdex.com, please ask yourselves why the lock issue, professional carpet shampooer, toilet leak, fresh water plumbing, etc is being mentioned in this response. It has NOTHING to do with the complaint.
