I ordered my husband's headstone in July with the promise of delivery in 6-weeks After numerous phone calls and excuses from them it was finally placed on site months after initial order The VA plaque was ordered at this same time After months they finally admitted the plaque had never been ordered and they had obviously been lying about the updates they were giving me blaming everyone on creation for the delay Now, two years later there is still no VA plaque on site, phone calls are not answered nor messages returnedHow is this place even still in business? I sincerely wish I had done more research before getting involved with this business

From 2/27/till now I haven't heard from Mr*** about the delivery of the headstone I ordered
Mr*** stated to me that it would take about weeks to deliver the head stone for my husbandHe asked me for 50% of the price and I still haven't heard from him nor his assistant after several attempts to contact him by phone or in person
On May I called the number XXX-XXX-XXXX and informed Mr*** that I would be out of town for two weeks so I'll get back with him in JuneI came back in June and came to the place one Saturday and Mr*** told me that the stone should be coming next week
I've been calling since then and *** Mr*** assistance, *** stated to me several times that she will call me back to let me know of the status and each time told me that the stone would be delivered the week afterAt three different occasions she asked me if I sent the picture I wanted on the stone and I said, yes, from the first day I signed the contract
