Ordered headstone for my dad in October this company delivered it in June when they said it would be delivered November My dad passed away July and his headstone was delivered ONE YEAR LATERIt took my entire family calling them everyday, going by there multiple timesI finally met who I thought was the owner (***) and got his cell phone number and bugged him to the point that he go it doneWell, not done actuallyWe are STILL waiting on his picture to be added to itThey told me this would be done weeks after the stone was placed and it has been months now and still no pictureThese people are taking advantage of families who are already going through so muchIt's truly disgusting

Was told it would take 60-days for the product to come in and it has been monthsCan't get a honest answer on delivery date of headstone

I ordered my husband's headstone in July with the promise of delivery in 6-weeks After numerous phone calls and excuses from them it was finally placed on site months after initial order The VA plaque was ordered at this same time After months they finally admitted the plaque had never been ordered and they had obviously been lying about the updates they were giving me blaming everyone on creation for the delay Now, two years later there is still no VA plaque on site, phone calls are not answered nor messages returnedHow is this place even still in business? I sincerely wish I had done more research before getting involved with this business

I told her I couldn't do that at this pointFirst time I've ever spoke to Mr [redacted] was thenHe told me he leased out his business and he owed me nothing! I was floored at what I was being told! Telling me but he is going to come out of pocket to make my parents monumentI
