Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: my concern is this As you can tell from the photo my battery was literally covered in water almost to the topThis is not just a splash of water I am scared that because of this there will be further damage to my boatThe warranty did not cover any damage to the battery as it was not worked onI found out about it when I went to plug the charger to the battery for the winter It appears negligenence on behalf of the business I need some reassurance that my boat will not have additional damage because of this or you will be liableI'm not asking for anything more than anyone with concern about their items would.
Regards,

first of all with the exception of the last week it was at our business mr [redacted] boat was either in our shop or or under cover of our roof.  if the battery box was almost to the top of the batteries then empty the water. mr [redacted] removed his cover while he was here and it had retained water and the drain plug was dripping water. of course that is what it is suppose to do. honestly we only remember hi batteries being on the starboard side of the engine and really had no problem with his batteries. if the water did not reach the top of the batteries remove the water it will not hurt the batteries. the second thing is to determine where the water came from and correct that problem. I can assure you we did not put water in your battery compartment.[redacted]
