Good afternoon, We apologize, we did not receive the first letterHowever we do speak with these residents at least once a week and are working hard to resolve any issues.I did not realize the walk through had not been completedOur policy is to do that prior to handing keys overThe walk
through the resident is talking about to be completed within a couple of days are things that a resident may find that does not get discovered while a home is vacant or from the Village InspectorTo the best of my knowledge we did address all of these issuesInstalled a new water heater, put screens in the window, replace faucets, and installed a mailbox.His walk through has been scheduled for 4/20/They have brought in a few more issues todayThe dishwasher doesn’t work, and a piece of trim is coming off the edge of the countertopHe asked about the central air againI have let the residents know it is not our policy to replace dishwashers, only refrigerator and stoveWe also do not install central airWe will provide brand new window unitsI believe we worked very hard to address all of his issues during the first 2-weeks in FebruaryI spoke with him myselfHe brought in a list of everything he want us to address and we resolved all of his issues around his schedule.Thank you, *** ***District ManagerRV HorizonsCell: *** ***
