Had some maintenance done on my motorcycle here, and some close friends just bought their bikes from Holiday MotorsportsIncredibly friendly staff and fair prices make it a guarantee that I'll be a returning customer!

I had taken my bike to two other shops before finding Holiday MotorsportsAfter getting my bike back from the first to shops, I found that I was repairing and finishing the work myself that I had been charged forI have an older Russian Ural and when it needed some work, I decided to bring it to Holiday, and I am glad I didNot only was the work top notch, extra minor stuff normally overlooked got taken care of, and if I didn't truly believe that they strive to make good bikes better, I wouldn't be writing this reviewI believe it was Jeff that did most of the work on the bike and I ended up getting great tips from Harry and Shelly as wellThree years with the bike and two shop visits later, riding away from Holiday (the third and final shop), I can honestly say, this old Ural never felt and ran as good as after Jeff laid his magic hands on her! I refer to Holiday Motorsports as the final shop because as long as they are in business and as long as I am riding, Holiday IS the only place I will trust with my bike, and ultimately, my lifeThe entire crew is a well knit groupShelly was friendly and helpful in getting the repairs lined up and also very knowledgable in the motorcycle and scooters they sell, along with Zero motorcycles! Jeff, as mentioned has a magic touch and a sharp eye who is also willing to share his knowledgeOn subsequent visits, I found Jimmy can find anything, even the most obscure partHarry, Sonja, Josh, and Joe are also founts of knowledge and happy and willing to share and help in whatever ways they canThese are people who really enjoy and love what they are doing and seemingly with enough training and experience to handle most any bike that comes their wayThe shop is maintained beautifully and is bright and cleanOut front there is a customer sitting area and a tight selection of gear, Shelly insists on picking what she feels is the bestAlso in the showroom is a selection of new and used motorcycles and scootersIn closing, I would say that Holiday Motorsports specializes in sales and service of ALL motorcycles with excellent customer service and fun! Stop by next time you are bike shopping or need something done to your bike, you are sure to make new friends and will leave very satisfied!

I purchased two mopeds from Holiday Motorsports at Bonita Beach Road in Bonita Springs, Florida November of and I have been having issues with the mopeds ever since I bought themThe day they were delivered, one of them was not working properly and they had to take it back to the store for repairs that dayIt still will not start or run correctlyI have called multiple times over thisI several times to make arrangements to have it brought back to the store for repairs and after a long and roundabout discussion with someone in the service department, he told me that if we made arrangements for it to be brought over then they would be able to work on repairs with no charge if it was still under warrantyWhen I called back with a drop off date for the scooter and to schedule a service appointment date, I was informed by a different service employee that this location is no longer an authorized Genuine dealer and would not be able to cover work under warranty, though they were bought thereWhen we called the corporate Genuine office we were able to make arrangements for service elsewhere, under warranty
The customer service we have received has been very lackingI had to call twice to even get the information necessary for the company that handles towing and scheduling service as the first person was difficult to work and communicate withI had to call multiple times after that to try to make an appointment, then was informed by someone else that this location no longer will honor warranties, and to understand the situation, and make other arrangements with a different repair company that is an authorized dealerThe second person was able to provide us with some helpful information but it was not a smooth process
Overall, purchasing mopeds from this store has not been a smooth or customer service friendly experience and I would not recommend this store or service to others
