First and Foremost, we apologize for the inconvenience!We have No problem, in refunding her for a key that didn't fit.Please have the customer stop to the store to sign a refund slip and pick up the 20$ in cash! (we need a signature fore the refund)also to go above her request, we would be more than happy to get the customer if she can bring the car the shop!She Can Ask for Rob L***, our wheel expert to handle this and her key issue.Please send this to the customer! case closed Thanks, The Owner

tire, upon returning them due to financial issues the merchandise was damaged bends, scrapes, blemishesSo when the couple returned to get something new we simply informed them it would have to be a used set,ride on them for a bit then we will upgrade if no other damage was madeWhen they left the store Mr *** was happy he called and spoke to me sales manager to let him know there was a small shake, this is for custom wheels to have a small vibrationThere was a small bend in the rim when he got themHe knew about the bend and was fine with itbut we offered to try to get the bend out so it would be more visually appealing. As I, *** ***, am not the official customer--my wife, *** *** is and as a married couple I feel I can speak as one whole personFor one, the first set we originally started with was not new, they were used and already had cosmetic damagesAs we explained to RimTyme right after the incident, I swerved out of the way to an oncoming car in my lane to avoid head collision which scrapped the one rim (cosmetically)So, as they are stating it was a brand new set, this is false, and I can provide the contracts to prove thisSecondly, when we came back to get the current set of used rims and tires, I notified them of the obvious bends in all the rims except oneThis is where they said to come back on 03/to get the bends out and fix the shake, which was not a small vibrationI explained this shake was extremely bad to where the whole car and wheel would shake noticeablyI feel as RimTyme is trying to hide their mistake and needs to compensate for their actions and horrible customer serviceThere needs to be a remedy to which is acceptable to both partiesAs the business has determined they will not give me a brand new set for the price of what I am currently paying, they can settle to lowering my current bi weekly payment by a sufficient amount.If this will not be accepted, I will take matters up to my attorney for further review

Mr. [redacted] entered in to a contract to pay for wheels and tires on a weekly basis, upon getting the new set we asked him if he would like us to dispose of his stock set due to bald tires and corroded wheels. at first he wanted to keep them, as we were finishing up on his vehicle he changed his mind...

and told us to "get rid of them" so we disposed of his set due to the severe damage to them. Mr [redacted] then refused to make his payment per the contract, which also states that we have the right to retrieve them if payment is not made. The agreement was made between Mr. [redacted] and us, that he was going to get a new set from the pick a part and we could get ours back. so Mr. [redacted] did exactly that he purchased a new set and returned ours. as far as refund the contract clearly states that there is no refund on rental product that is return before the end of the term. Mr. [redacted] was 2 months behind on payments when we got our wheels and tires back.

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]  I never gave them permission to get rid of my original rims and tires. I  wanted to return there rims and tires . I had to buy a brand new set for my car atleast return part of my money. I never advised them to get rid of my rims and tires and they refused to get was my orginal rims and tires as well. they are a rip off and I want alteast half my money  back that I have. They were going to put my car on bricks in the middle of the night and take back there rims. I NEVER APPROVED THEM TO GET RIMS OF MY RIMS AND TIRES. I ADVISED TRYONE TO GIVE ME BACK MY RIMS AND TIRES BEFORE I LEFT THE BUIDLING AND HE STATED HE WOULD SAVE THEM FOR ME. AS FAR AS MY RIMS SAYING THAT THEY WERE NO GOOD WHICH IS A FLATOUT LIE. I WILL NOT LET THIS GO. IF I HAVE TO PERSONALLY SUE THEM I WILL IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT NO MATTER WHAT THE COST END OF STORY. I ATLEAST WANT HALF MY MONEY I HAD TO SPEND. I HAD TO CALL THE COPS ON THEM IN THE MIDDLE OD THE NIGHT.. TO STOP THEM THEY ARE CROOKS AND I WILL NOT LET THIS GO NO MATTER WHAT. I AM OWED AT LEAST 285.00 BCAK FROM THESE CROOKS....
