Mr [redacted] entered in to a contract to pay for wheels and tires on a weekly basis, upon getting the new set we asked him if he would like us to dispose of his stock set due to bald tires and corroded wheelsat first he wanted to keep them, as we were finishing up on his vehicle he changed his mind and told us to "get rid of them" so we disposed of his set due to the severe damage to themMr [redacted] then refused to make his payment per the contract, which also states that we have the right to retrieve them if payment is not madeThe agreement was made between Mr [redacted] and us, that he was going to get a new set from the pick a part and we could get ours backso Mr [redacted] did exactly that he purchased a new set and returned oursas far as refund the contract clearly states that there is no refund on rental product that is return before the end of the termMr [redacted] was months behind on payments when we got our wheels and tires back
