purchases through [redacted] is 30 days.3. Our return policy (holidayprojectors.com) is 90 days.4. There is no 1 year warranty on any of our projectors. The customer stated that [redacted] told them this, but that is not correct nor does it state that anywhere on the customers purchase on line.5. We can offer the customer a new unit at 20% off but we cannot ship a new unit at no cost.We apologize for any inconvenience to the customer. Unfortunately this company was very smart and sent no paperwork with this unit. The manual nor the shipping box doesn't even show a manufactures name on it. I will not be satisfied until this company swaps out this unit with a working one at no cost.They can't show proof of warranty other then what they tell you.There web site shows nothing for warranty last I looked either.

Review: We ordered 2 red/green light projectors. One worked fine on day one and the other was defective from the start. We are now on our 3rd day of using them, and they barely work at all. Clearly the products do not perform as advertised.Initially, we had planned to exchange the one defective projector, but now that they are both not working, we want a refund for both. Well, unfortunately, that is no easy task. There is no live person available to speak to through the customer service line they list on the website. The automated message prompts you go to the website to resolve the issue. So far, no one has responded to us from the company.We will need to take action through our bank at this point. This is extremely infuriating. We definitely feel scammed. I wish I had visited the Revdex.com before a purchase as I see I am not the only one to experience this mess.Desired Settlement: Full refund

Review: I returned a holiday projector and slides to this company because it was overheating andd melting the slides and I did not recive any credit to my credit card as of today. I filled out the neccessary forms and received an email confirming where to send it back to and it was received by Holiday Projectors on Nov. 23,2013 according to the [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like a total of $94.98 credited to my credit card that Holiday Projectors has on file as soon as possible since I have now waited over 6 months for a refund.$14.99 for the slides and $79.99 for the projector.

Review: On 7/31/13, I ordered a [redacted] Battery & didn't see the note at the bottom of the product description that it didn't come with the AC adapter. After receiving the item, I spoke with a customer service agent to request a refund. The person whom answered the phone was impatient & told me that I would be better of "selling the item on [redacted]" as they do not offer a refund on shipping. I mentioned that I did not agree with the 20% restocking fee & the customer service agent agreed not to charge a restocking fee since I was not aware that the adapter was not included. On 8/8/13, I put in a formal online request to return the battery. On 8/12/13, I returned the item via UPS Ground, given a guaranteed delivery date of 8/15. I called customer service on 8/19 to verify if they received the item that morning & the agent verified that it had been received under the name of the UPS business address I sent it from "[redacted] PA 19123" that was associated with my order [redacted]. I called back on 8/22 to see if a refund had been processed & the agent said that they "just received the package that morning" when I had already been told on 8/19 that it had been received at their warehouse. Based on my dissatisfaction with the customer service return process, I filed a claim with [redacted] for the total amount of the product and shipping $64.23. Holiday Projectors became aware of this claim and refunded my account $47.49, which was $5.50 less than the item cost with tax and I was not issued a credit for shipping on my card, once the item was received in good condition, as stated in their "Return Policy". On 09/13/13 at 10:09am, I received a call from ###-###-#### in which I was asked by an employee of Holiday Projectors why I made a claim with Bank of America in the full amount of $64.23. When I tried to explain my point of view, I was then verbally attacked with yelling and was called a xxxxx..." before I hung up the phone! (total call time of 1 minute 35 seconds)Desired Settlement: [redacted] is now trying to reverse the credit of the shipping cost of 11.24 plus the cost of tax $3.00 and another $2.50. I paid $49.99 plus $3.00 tax for a told item price of $52.99 and I only received $47.49 from Holiday Projectors. I don't understand why Holiday Projectors assumes the right to keep the tax I paid on the item plus another $2.50? I request the $16.74 that this company disputed on my bank claim to be granted based on the extremely poor customer service I received!!!
