called to ask if Saturday December 9th was still available from 4pm-6pm. I told her yes and she asked to change the dateI told her the date was still open and that we can change it for her. When the date for her party came, she didn't arrive so we gave her a callShe then claimed she never called to change the dateI then said no problem we could change it back to Sunday from 3pm-5pm.Sunday came and she didn't show, so I called herShe insisted that the time was 4pm- 6pm, which is the Saturday time that she asked to change to/from, but said she never changedOur hours on Sunday are 1pm-5pm. She confused the two daysThen she made of my employees cry, telling them it was their fault. We were not double booked on SaturdayWe had a large privet party coming in and she was upsetting my staff that I told her that I would take care of the balance of the billHer guests did skate, and they did eat our pizza and drink our sodaWe do state that the deposit is non refundableMy staff and I did our best to make them happy, but I'm sorry to say that just wasn't happeningIf you have any questions please feel free to contact me at *** my name is Anne

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:The information in this response is completely false. I have only made one contact to this business which can also be proven by my phone log. I never placed blame on anyone at the establishment. Instead, I asked for a better explanation and better service. As previously explained, we were basically booted from This establishment in a disrespectful and degrading manner. The fact that they continue to force invalid information for the sake of their company name does not give me peace. My sons birthday party was ruined along with the only opportunity we had to engage our family which we haven't seen in years. I am completely taken a back by this response and will continue to advocate for myself and demand a great deal of respect, As well as an apology. I will not be calling Anne, as she was the woman who was present and behaved in his horrible manner. She is also the individual who confused the information and blamed me for their mistake. She is also the person who was mean to the children and adults and threw away the food that my children were eating while it was still on the table.
