A though investigation was done on this incident and found that the car wash did not malfunction in any wayOther vehicles before and after this incident with sunroofs have gone through that wash without any issuesThe pressure from the wash
or the dryer is not strong enough to break any glass

After viewing the tape and speaking with the manager on siteI was informed that there was no check of the system immediately after the glass was brokenThere are no formal malfunction checks that are conducted and no one there checked the water temperature after the incident occurredThe damages were caused by their car wash which can be clearly seen on the video that I have a copy ofNo one checked to see if a rock or any other objects was in the rags that was washing the cars that could have hit my car from even the truck earlierIf I were to fall on their premises and no one else falls does it excuse the company from their negligenceI have video and recorded proof that there was no check of the system to see if anything could have fallen on my car to cause damageIf any of the cars with sun roofs went in before me they would have had a broken glass instead of my carI want them to fix my car because of the damages caused by their car washThe person at their corporate level stated that the Holiday station does not have insurance for the car washWhen I asked if they submitted the claim to the insurance companyI've attached a copy of the incident and I have several other recordings of their staff stating and knowing there was nothing wrong with my sunroof prior to entry
I will be asking how to send video for additional evidence

The car wash did not malfunction in anywayWe have washed over 45,vehicles in and over 8,vehicles in January, without issuesSeveral of these vehicles have sunroofsWe are not denying that the sunroof in the Volvo Vdid not break in the wash, it was not due to the wash malfunctioningAfter speaking with Volvo in Golden Valley, they agree that a car wash would not cause a sunroof to breakThe only assumption that they could come up with is that there could have been a small rock chip or some sort of other defect that was in the sunroof and weakened it enough to break during a wash, which would be no fault of the washThe water temperature that hits the vehicles is no colder than degreesThe temperature outside on 1/16/was degrees, this difference would not cause tempered glass to breakThe wash is always staffed with an attendant that preps the vehicle prior to entry into the wrap materialsThis is to provide a better wash and prevent dirt and other foreign matter from getting in the wash materialsThe wrap materials were inspected after the claim was submitted to store personnel

according to their response they sent a letter to me today is the and have not received a letter from themthe store in question is less than miles from my house I find it hard to believe that a letter mailed on the 15th would take over a week to get to me I ordered parts from California and shipped standard or the slowest cheapest way gets to me in four days so I doubt if they have done anythingEvery time I have to deal with these people I feel as if I need a shower I feel as if their sm could somehow rub off on meI have a feeling that this issue will never be resolved due to the fact that they have twice told ne they have sent me a letter and I have received neither

Spoke to customer, informed her that we would relook at the incident. We have set up an appointment on Wed. at 12:00 to meet customer to look at vehicle. Also asked customer to have estimate of repair ready when the vehicle is being looked at....

Aplogized to customer that she was not called on her cell phone as she requested.

Hello Taylor. I have left Emily a voice message explaining that she did receive the refund back and it was captured on video of her receiving the refund.  I have not heard back from her.   On 7/1/16 at 6:06 Emily came in and purchased...

the Netspend card.  I have attached a picture of her purchasing and leaving the building.  On 7/2/16 the same person (Emily) arrives at the same stationstore at 12:53PM.  Stops as she enters the door, speaks to the associate and he does turn to get the refund and I have attached a copy of her receiving that refund.  Again, I have also included her face as she is leaving the building on 7/2/16.   I have the whole video of both days if needed.   Thank you! Holiday is in the process of investigating this claim. The claims dept. did respond to an e-mail from Ms. [redacted] on 1/21/15 and informed her that the investigation is in process and we will be getting back once it is complete.
