While we understand that you are not pleased with the handling of this tour, we stand by our policies and the decisions that were made before, during, and on the tripThe mentioned passenger did take our Savannah trip back in May and has been in contact with us ever since.We originally
received her first response shortly after the trip returnedIt detailed much of what she noted in her complaint to the Revdex.com, however, it was noted in her initial letter that she did participate in all events of the trip (noted with the help of a few Advil) and that instead of purchasing a pillow or something else for support, she picked up a large book from a free library, which may be the cause of some of the painThe passenger did not originally request any form of a refund or compensationAs a thank you for taking the time to write to us and express her concerns, we did offer a $credit towards future travelLater in the conversation we did outline that should she have purchased a pillow or other support device, we would’ve reimbursed her for that fee.As soon as the trip returned, and before the motorcoach was allowed to proceed on another trip, the motorcoach was inspected, including the seat that the passenger sat inOur mechanic noted: “Checked seat…adjusted recline cylinders position and checked recline operation, works OK.” No additional parts or fixes were needed, nor any future complaints in regard to this specific seat. Since the original letter, we have received and replied to numerous responses from the passengerWe even made countless attempts to speak over the phone rather than by email, but those were denied with such responses as “If I found the time to call you, what changes would you make?”On October 9th, we did receive a list of demands from the passenger, but already having been through this with her a number of times over the last months, ceased communication unless she chose to call inFor the reasons outlined above, the $credit towards future travel will be the only reimbursement for this tour, however, we believe this passenger would be better suited traveling with another company in the future

I am rejecting this response becauseIn this response, they admitted that the seat was broken, and I've copied below" “Checked seat…adjusted recline cylinders position and checked recline operation, works OK.” The seat was in the fully reclined position and could NOT be moved. I needed the seat to be inthe upright position. There was never a question of the seat reclining.I should not have had to take a pain reliever to enjoy my trip, and I am still wondering where I wassupposed to buy a pillow.I DID try calling Christian C[redacted] 4 times and she was not available each time I phoned.
