I am so very confusedI placed a SIMPLE order expecting exactly what I orderedThis company has wronged meWHY are they just not doing the right thing? I have had seen several written promises of a refund...have yet to get anything from them? I am not the one in the wrongThis whole thing to just GET the basic order has been such a headache and aggravationIt could have been resolved a LONG time ago but they are arguing over detailsWhy is this SOOOO hard?

To Whom It May Concern, We have offered to refund the buyer for the Cordyceps Powder which he stated that he did not receive although our records indicate that it was shipped We did ask that the buyer to return the Tumeric Powder if he was not satisfied with the packaging at which time he indicated that he had to use it We have no further resolutions to recommend The buyer also opened a case with Paypal and it was closed in favor of our company We have continued to communicate with this buyer to no avail of an agreed upon resolution We do not believe that we are being unreasonable in our response

I want replacement of the TUMERIC - Qty of 2, 1# packages and Qty - 1# Cordyceps Mushroom Powder packageThe company thinks that they should only be obligated to send the Cordyceps Mushroom Powder and only replace the tumeric IF I return the original package that was sent in 2#However the tumeric is something that I am using with my dog that has tumors and I HAD to use it as I was outThe whole thing has been handled WRONG right from the get go by this company and dishonesty seems to be how they operateMy original complaint still stands...they were the ones who made the "COUNTEROFFER" I am not sure why it is SOOOO hard for everyone to understandI ordered specific things and expected to receive them HOW I ordered them!

The customer placed an order on 3/5/The customer then contacted customer service and stated she needed to make a change to her order so we cancelled it and issued her a refundThe customer contacted us on March and confirmed she did indeed receive her refund

We informed the customer that according to our records the total order was shipped We understand that the customer continues to indicate that he did not receive the Cordyceps Powder 1lb We are willing to reimburse the customer for
the 1lb of Cordyceps Powder However, the customer did indicate that he received 2lbs of Tumeric powder, but it was not in separate 1lb packages We would need the customer to return the 2lbs of tumeric powder in order to issue a refund, and it would still need to be factory sealed

We will issue a refund for the Cordyceps Powder via Paypal which is $27.00 by 6/20/14.

I should have NEVER had to bring this to the Revdex.com to have it resolved. Furthermore, you have had use of my $$ and I have NOT had use of a product that I needed and had to order from another location. Besides, it was QUITE a mess for me to divide the TUMERIC into 2 1# packages. Your unprofessional attitude leaves alot to be desired. GRRR...all I did was order a nice sized order expecting to get the things I need and you have CAUSED a great hardship. Furthermore, you shipped my items in a priority A box. This box will NOT hold almost 4 # of packages as it was very tight with the items sent. There was NOT room in the box to include the Cordyceps Mushroom powder. How dare you treat me this way? It seems to me that doing the right thing would have resolved this for my continued business. I have already found other sources for my items and will recommend to many others who may have ordered from you to TAKE their business elsewhere!
