Review: I had entered into contract with this company for 30 sessions at $100 per hour session. Unfortunately due to financial circumstances on my end I had to stop this plan of action. At this point I have already deposited $400 and would have been okay with having 4 sessions (which is what I have paid for). Unfortunately they are only offering me 2.5 sessions because they are claiming that only sessions bought in packages of 20 or more are valid for the $100 per session price point. However, I have thoroughly read through both my signed contract and the Terms and Conditions (which I have printed out directly from their website on 7/16/13). Neither document makes mention that a result of breaking my contract will result in having to pay a higher per session price.

I am more than happy to provide supporting documentation if needed.Desired Settlement: At this point I do not want sessions, I merely wish to be refunded my full $400 deposit.

This client asked for a refund beyond the 30 day time limit [which is posed in many places on our 250 page school website] for the 30 CSLC sessions she contractually agreed to purchase.

HLC released her from her 30 session financial liability and was still even willing to deliver services to her at the full retail rate of $150 [As opposed to the 30 session rate of $100 per session], which we weren't legally required to do.

The client refused this offer and instead of being thankful that HLC released her from her legal obligation to pay for the remaining sessions she instead filed a complain with the Revdex.com.

I am rejecting this response because: I was notified that the complaint was closed without response from the business, with a time/date stamp of 6:58 am on 10/17/13. The business did not reply at all until after the above notification (time/date stamp of 7:20 am on 10/17). So I took the next suggested step that the Revdex.com offered, which is to contact the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs about the matter. I emailed the complaint form and all needed evidence to their email address ([email protected]) on 10/17/13. I am now waiting on additional word from them.
