Updated reviewPreviously I had posted a negative review because it was taking so long to get set up with an accountAnd while that is true, at least part of the responsibility for that was my faultI am notoriously hard to get ahold ofAfter I posted that review I had a day off from the clinic and did a full root search of our email database and found the times that HPM tried to contact me I can tell you that now that the clinic has been using HPM for about 1/a year that I would recommend them without hesitationThe wait, in other words, was well worth itBoth of our receptionists are excellent and our patients love themAnd the docs do as wellIf they have an issue they just BCC HPM on any email and it is taken care ofPatient contacts, supplement orders, patient questions, it all gets handled professionally and quickly But what I love about them the most is the fact that they communicate clearly and quickly with usIf a patient has an emergency they email us and then text one of the clinic cell phones to make sure it taken care of I must admit to being less than impressed with the wait time, but I realize now that they were putting together the right team for our needs based upon our answers to their intake paperwork The calm they have brought to our busy practice has been invaluable

Based on my experiences with HPM so far I cannot recommendI first applied for their service in February of It is now almost September of An I have been told once again that it is will be another week delay before they can even THINK about providing me with a serviceThis has been an ongoing issue that has not resolvedI inquire about timelines, they move the goal posts, I wait, I inquire, they delay
It's a pattern
They seem nice enough, but taking money to set up a service and then not delivering for months and months while saying over and over "just a little while longer" strikes me a less than credible

I can tell you that now that the clinic has been using HPM for about 1/2 a year that I would recommend them without hesitation. The wait, in other words, was well worth it. Both of our receptionists are excellent and our patients love them. And the docs do as well. If they have an issue they just BCC HPM on any email and it is taken care of.
