Holistic Project Management and its Sole Proprietor, [redacted], failed to perform services as agreed and disclosed confidential information.Ms. [redacted] was hired to perform training services. She failed miserably and the students she was teaching asked her to be removed. She discussed confidential business matters with them, and even put business phone call on speaker phone in front of the clients. They indicated displayed no expertise in the subject matter and was a waste of their time. She was subsequently fired and her contract terminated with any remaining payments withheld. One of the students in the class already cancelled services due to [redacted]'s actions causing financial harm of $2495.00. A replacement had to be flown in overnight, at a high costs to finish the job.Desired SettlementI would like the upfront payment of $1500 refunded immediately.Business Response April 2nd, 2014Response to Revdex.com case # XXXXXX dated 3/20/14The details of this claim are false and lack accurate details related to the agreement of HolisticPMC to deliver training in Waltham Massachusetts for [redacted], Pinnacle3. (See copy of document attached)This training was offered to HolisticPMC while Mr. [redacted] had no intention of providing the materials needed by instructor and students to conduct and complete the training program. (see copy of corrupt slides)The materials provided to the instructor:*did not meet scope of what is required for quality PMI PMP Exam PrepTraining materials*most of the slides were corrupt and could not be advanced from slide to slide*slides could not be printed *Mr. [redacted] stated Google was the source of why the files would not open and I was to download files*download of files caused file data to overlap and run off each page*slide quality was on the level of an elementary school student's project (students were not happy)As an experienced trainer I am very careful to be fully prepared for ALL training events. The contract did not state I was to use my own materials so I trusted Mr. [redacted] and traveled to the training location with my 2 PMP text books and slides he issued for my use with the class. The slides performed so badly I was in shock. I told the students I could - I cannot believe these slides are so bad. (see details of my note days before start of training asking Mr. [redacted] for better slides)A survey was done capturing data from day 1 and day 2 of the training from all 4 students. It captured details from all 4 students claiming their disappointment with the enrollment and training process. The survey also captured details on their training experience.Never before in over 10 years of training have I had such a horrible training experience. My PC was brand new so for Mr. [redacted] to blame Google's technology for the errors on the slides is very cowardly of him. He gave me junk training materials assuming I would pull out my proprietary material and share with his students. According to a technology expert - it was explained that files that act in this manner are files that are only licensed to one person and are set to corrupt when the code is broken.Mr. [redacted] broke his own training contract by not providing appropriate training materials to me for the 4 day training. HolisticPMC is a member with an (A) rating with Revdex.com on Massachusetts, and a member in good standing with the Project Management Institute - the 3 chambers of commerce groups, and a member in good standing with the National Society of Black Engineers. HolisticPM takes training seriously and does not tolerate unethical behaviors of any type on any level from anyone. Mr. [redacted] plotted to take advantage of my willingness to do the training. The students and HolisticPMC depended on him to provide what was needed for a top level quality training experience. He failed miserable and now hopes to point all blame to HolisticPMC. In response to this claim: sharing of confidential information did not happen. What information was confidential? What information and trade secrets did Mr. [redacted] share with HolisticPMC? Broken files? Disappointed students? He cannot add me to his path of broken trainings and horrible customer service. The students were not told of claims others have posted on the web, Revdex.com, Attorney General's office, Project Management Institute, and a host of other sites like YELP that report on those that scam others. It was not my place to tell them that. The class claimed they did not get books until the day before. One person got no books and purchased her own, 2 people got Rita Mulcahy's books and one person got Andy Crows book. Really people with different materials and a training with no material. Mr. [redacted] is either fooling himself or he is severely ill. To expect excellence when the prep was severely lacking - he had better wake up and realize the game is over. All information the students knew came out in the collected surveys. Students said were not confirmed for training for months, and wanted to know from me if the company was real. They were told to check the web. One student said "I know something is up". They then started to compare the price they paid for training. They became very angry. I am also angry that Mr. [redacted] would drag me into the mess he calls a training company.Pinnacle3 and Mr. [redacted] should have been investigated by my company then I would not have done business based on information sent to me by several project managers. When I confronted him on his reputation - he said "too late you already signed the agreement". It was suggested by some others in the training world that I do the training and end the relationship quickly. When I did not have appropriate materials - the backup plan to deliver the training was to use only the text books and exercises in the books. There were no workshop exercises provided for the students. I have copies and the original white board exercises from the training class exercises I made up for the class. Mr. [redacted]'s attempt to point fingers has led him to point at himself and this exposes his failed attempt to provide quality training environment that students hired him to deliver. The quality mandated by the Project Management Institute is being challenged by not having appropriate training materials for the classes. In response to use of speaker phone (I did not see in the failed contract that use of speaker phone was a violation) - my fablet only works on speaker mode so it is unfortunate the students heard Mr. [redacted] begging me not leave him on day 3 and 4 and made promises to pay - stating he was sorry. I had a medical emergency on day 2 and still came to the training to complete day 2. There was never any firing. The only firing is the hot air Mr. [redacted] keeps sending out as he scams unsuspecting trainers like myself. I believe I was targeted because of my interactions with students on the web. Mr. [redacted] without notice did charge back for training delivered and the claim was denied by paypal.HolisticPMC has charged Mr. [redacted] and Talin Mossessian the owner of a credit card Mr. Briodie he used for to pay for the training with legal feels and inconvenience charges. Those charges will remain on their paypal accounts to set tone moving forward. Those costs are to cover initial legal charges to end this fake claim. There are additional documents to be added to this file and some of the information will be provided as we move through this process.Mr. [redacted] has nothing of value to add to this situation and further harassment will only encourage those starting the class action suit to move forward. Mr. [redacted] makes it hard for clients to trust trainers because he appears so ready to do business - but I have discovered this is all a lie and part of his Ponzi scheme. As a member of the Revdex.com I welcome a mediator to step in the move this case along. I will not be intimidated with spam mail and idle threats. Massachusetts residents don't tolerate scammers. Had Mr. [redacted] did his homework he would have not dared try this in Massachusetts.[redacted], BS, PMP[redacted]# XXX XXX XXXXBelow are exchanges of email details between Mr. [redacted] and [redacted]:======================================= Original Message Subject: PMP Class Instruction follow upFrom: "[redacted] B" Date: 3/5/XX XX:XX pmTo: "[redacted]@holisticPMC.com" [redacted],I wanted to touch base and let you know we can increase our offer for training $3000 for the class. I will use local hotel only one night and if there is a snow or ice storm. To keep cost reasonable to your company I will rent an economy car to get back and forth each day and evening. My PayPal details are infoxxxxxxxxxxxxI will invoice you so you have a direct link to make 1st payment today and to make balance of payment in 10 days. Thanks for the opportunity to get to know you Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The facts are simple. The students contact us to replace holistic pm for being rude and unprofessional. Period. The same slides she could not use, we used with no issue. The students said she started the class with a confrontational tone and was unprofessional through out. Her contract says to keep all internal communications confidential and do not bad mouth or defame us, her employer for the work. Yet she ime saintly disparaged us and even had us on speaker phone during a call, without telling us it was in speakerphone in front of clients. No one does that. She then sent 10 harrasing emails after termination. She said childish remarks such as welcome to the bay state". I don't see how that has any place in a professional setting Final Business Response To the staff at the Revdex.com - I appreciate all the professionalism exhibited throughout the time we were working this case.I have had no contact with Mr. [redacted] and stand firm in my decision to completely back up all information shared as honest and up to date. I will not be granting a refund and suggest this case be closed.I delivered the training from text books (not the ideal situation) and was compensated in advance for part of the training. There were additional expenses that I never received but I refuse to spend time going after money that will never be realized! The money in question from Mr. [redacted] reply is an error on his behalf. He lacked to provide what was needed for a excellent job. His materials were substandard and cold not be used to be preform any training. He also counted on me using materials of others to perform the training. This was not in the contract nor was it discussed.Should an investigation of the companies and the students involved need to be initiated - I have complete documentation to move forward. Signed documentation from each student will be required and each student will be expected to give accurate testimonies on what they experienced before, during, and after the 2 day training experience.Unfortunately due to Mr. [redacted]'s lack of business etiquette - he may have cost some of the students the career opportunities they needed with the PMP Certification.HolisticPMC will not be granting any refunds and suggest Mr. [redacted] use this experience as a lesson on what not to do in business.[redacted]Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I welcome contacting the 4 students. They were the ones that contacted me due to the lack of professionalism and capability.
