In response to John D***’s email, this issue has nothing to do with my deductible or how much I owed after the charges
were applied to my deductible. I was well aware that I would be paying for this since I checked it out with my insurance
company before hand. My appointment was in January so you could almost assume that. Had I been given the results in that
first month, we would not even be having this dispute, the bill would be paid!
After they canceled two appointments on me to get the results, I finally emailed the doctor there and asked for them NOT to
bill my insurance company and I was not coming back for results(This was one month since I had the test) Two days later,
they billed my insurance company. So to suggest that my issue was about my balance is just not true. I attached the email to
Revdex.com that backs this up and I also have the submitted claim to the insurance company with the date on it, which shows they
billed it two days after I asked them not to.
The issue is and always has been that they told me the results for this test would be given to me in two weeks. In the end,
had I gone back, it would have been two months. This is not what they told me it would be and it is not acceptable to expect a
patient, in pain, to wait indefinitely while they are trying to get their machine fixed in order to give results. I cannot believe a
medical facility would ask any patient to just wait indefinitely for results. I was in too much pain to wait and sought treatment
elsewhere. I notified them of this in subsequent emails
After talking to my Insurance Company about this, they told me that the Medical Center could send an amended claim to
reverse this charge out. This is all on record with the insurance company. And that is what I did, asked them to reverse these
charges out and they told me they were unable to.
My Insurance Company again contacted them on 4/12/to advise them that they could indeed reverse these charges. And if
for some reason they are unwilling to reverse them to the insurance company they can waive the portion to me, and that this
is not insurance fraud!
So my question to John is “ Are you really ok with charging someone for a test that took two months to get results on after you
told the patient it would take two weeks? Are you really ok with them being in pain that long and not seeking out other
medical help for that pain?”

It was a pleasure talking to you on the phone yesterday. As I explained on the phone, the patient in question visited our clinic, received the services, scheduled a follow up. The test results were delayed due to repairs we had to make diagnostic tool. Meanwhile, we billed her...

insurance for the initial visit, they applied the charges to her deductible, making the full amount due by patient. After finding out about the balance due she asked us to “un-bill” the visit, and retract the services which had already been delivered. In an email I explained to her that this is insurance fraud and we cannot do that and if she need time to pau the bill we open to making payment arrangements. We gave her 90 days to pay the bill and have no heard back from her. 
I appreciate your help in resolving this matter, we are still open to suggestion on how to settle the charges. If I can be of further assistance please let me know. I can be reached directly at 206-321-2202.
