Again, Please bring in your hubcaps for me to inspect and resolve this issue for you I will be available July 5,6, 10, if those dates do not work for you please call the office and set up a time when I can meet with you and go over exactly what you want us to do

Mr *** brought in a number of items to be polished, of which were the Cadillac hubcaps? He was asked if this was for a show car or a driver and he replied it was a driverTo bring his hubcaps back to original condition, we polished out the face of the hubcaps as requested, but when he
picked up his parts he did not like the recessed areas that were not polished? As an original, this area was never polished , but has rather a rough finish from the factory? At that time, he was told we could polish this out for him, but that it is a very time consuming process and that yes, there would be an additional charge for the additional work.I have no problem working with Mr *** to get the finish that he wants - I was in the office when he picked up the parts and he did not ask to see a manager about his dissatisfaction with our workmanship, when he picked them up.? I will be not be in the office the week of June 19th - 23rd However, if he would like, I will be available to work with him between June 26-27th and to bring his hubcaps back in with him for review and possible options?
