What a fly-by-night operation this is! I call a week ago Tuesday and the guy says that he will meet me on Thursday morning at 0830! I think great....what a good company and quick response! Thursday passes and I think, OK they had some issues and will call me to let me know what is going on! 1100, I call the business number and get a recording from "Diane" indicating that she would get right back to me 1430, I call back and get the same recording from Diane indicating once again I would get an answer back shortly! call and get the same message from Diane Go back to the website and find a mobile phone number and call it! Get Trevor He apologizes because he remembers me calling on Tuesday and he forgot to write it down Told him that I have been calling his business site all day and Diane was not responding He says she's on vacation, then gets pissed at me because I'm not reasonable! I say You forgot the appointment No one responded to my calls to their business And I didn't want to deal with them.....although he said if I was more reasonable, he was going to give me a discount! I said I didn't want to do business with them.......and HE hung up on me! An hour later, I get a call from the owner and he is trying to calm the situation down and still get the business....says he will be their in hours At four hours, I call his phone number and he says that he will be there shortly I say minutes, he makes it by minutes! Shows up, I'm thinking, OK the guy is really trying! We go through a couple of things that may be wrong with my tree and he says that he will be back on Friday to climb up in the tree and make sure what he thinks is going on No show Friday or contact No contact on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday! No phone calls, no emails, no notes on the door! The business disappeared! Give these guys a wide berth and don't even trust that they will do what they say! They don't!

The end of May, I, Karen ***, hired "who I thought was" A Cut Above Tree Service, LLC, in Longmont, CO for a landscaping jobIn actuality a guy named Travis *** stated he was the owner of this company A Cut Above Tree ServiceI gave him a certified check in the amount of $1,as a deposit for supplies and start of jobTravis had excavators grade my entire yard over three weeks ago, which I too paid for in-full in the amount of $1,(and the job is incomplete)Travis continued to make excuses about beginning landscaping project (sprinkler, new sod, weed-kill, fabric, driveway, mulch, plant area), changed agreed upon timeline on multiple occasions, and here I sit with a dirty, dusty, yard and no money to pay the appropriate person to complete this jobI am only writing this review on *** and on A Cut Above Tree Services to let everyone know that Jon the REAL owner is assisting me with rectifying Travis ***s unethical, lying, and cheating our local residents messAnd I would want any and all customers who use A Cut Above Tree Service to be sure that Travis *** is not involved in any way on your home improvement projectsHe is a thief!
