Holland Inn Motel

Review: I cancelled my reservation a week in advance with them and they charged me a "no show" fee anyway. When I contacted them to ask for my money back the owner "Andy" refused to give me my 50.85 back. Now I have to file a claim with my bank, do all the paperwork, and wait probably 3 months to get my money!!! There was no reason for him to not give me a credit, it was his mistake I even have the cancellation number I was given and he still refused. This is a horrible example of the very poorest customer service I have experienced in a long time.Desired Settlement: I would hope that this complaint is listed with on your site so that other consumers are aware of their dishonest practice.
