customer, our Finance Department agreed to work with each lender to have them pull the inquires from the customer's bureaus All credit bureaus will be updated with 45-days The customer was happy with this resolution

The dealerships response does not include anything in regards to the alarm that I was charged $for or the over pricing of the sales price of $300. To ensure all is clear, I have attached the verification the the vehicle was over priced and verification I was charged erroneously for the alarm.Please note that on 02/11/16, *** from this company called and stated they will be refunding the Finishing Touch in the amount of $but that was the only amount she was told to authorize the refund for by ***ny (Sales Manager). I have not received the form that the company states they mailed to meBut I will continue to wait for it for a few more days before calling them
