This email is in response to a Complaint by [redacted] Attached are two invoice that were paid and the last two invoice which were not paidShe also owed for months of trash service plus late fees and collection costIn her complaint she called it a Deposit for the dumpster but it is for the dumpster rentalWhich includes delivery and pickup She also had the Price wrong it was to be$dumpster rental fee and $per pound Disposal feeShe also listed that we gave her a smaller dumpster which we don't even haveThe smallest container is a yard dumpster we have square ones and Slanted onesShe also states we misrepresented our fees and servicesBut if that is true why would she paid the first bills in fullShe also is listed that we gave out her private informationHer bill was given to two peopleOne is the collection company/attorney and the other one was her son which was at their house when we picked up the dumpsterThe balance is due in full or she will be taken to courtWe have waited longest for payment but time has ran outIf she has anymore problems with this she has the collection agent information which is where she must contact and make her full paymentThere is no settlement to make accept payment in full.ThanksBrad H [redacted] Owner/ Hollenbaughs Trash & Recycling, LLC
