Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I had the property inspected upon his "Supposed Completion" by a certified electricianThe list of issues that were found are listed belowThese issues are not oversights, they are basis electrician codesThe list below is actual electrical codes that were broken and are completely unsafeThis has now gone to the towns Zoning Dept., Fire Marshall office and to my attorney.Here is a list of some of the issues we locatedThere are several more.....Inspector is compiling list on Thursday in order for them to submit against electricians license.- Junction Boxes were not secured and are assessable.- Junction Boxes do not have plates covering them, wires are all exposed.- All new wire was ran and is gauge on a 20amp circuit (Extremely Unsafe and Illegal under Electrical Code).Please consider this my final request to resolve this matterI cannot wait indefinitely for Jerome H [redacted] to fulfill his contractual reimbursement obligationsPlease be advised that if I do receive reimbursement by November 1st, as we agreed upon, I will submit legal redress to include, among other claims, violations of Connecticut's Unfair Business Practices Act, for which treble damages and attorneys’ fees may be awardedPlease be advised that this letter is the required written demand pursuant theretoI also will not hesitate to make a complaint for such unfair and deceptive business practices to the Office of the Attorney General and local police department Sincerely, [redacted]

oversights, they are basis electrician 101 codes. The list below is actual electrical codes that were broken and are completely unsafe. This has now gone to the towns Zoning Dept., Fire Marshall office and to my attorney.Here is a list of some of the issues we located.
