Project was reviewed and accepted on July 27, 2015, and was completed the second week of SeptemberProject was approved and final payment was submitted on approximately September 14, All plants and trees were in good shape, only tree that
was showing any shock was a White Pine (which has been replaced)We have photos of everything upon completionWe also have photos of my review visit this Spring showing the plantings that did not make it of the that were installedThere was nothing wrong with the landscape edging, I would not hesitate having our product manufacturer representative review this to confirm it was installed correctlyThe landscape beds were completely cleared out, a carpenter ant problem cannot be proved to be resulting from our installationTo address the solution customer has requested, "remove edging and cement to manufacture specs" will not occurIf you are referring to cementing the edging in, that is definitely not how this is installedSecondly, "install remaining shrubs and trees", yes the replacements were completedTwo Mugo Pine were ordered and will be planted as soon as they come inIf photos of the day project was completed and of our review this spring would be helpful, I would be happy to email them as well as contact our product representativeHope this helps to resolve this issue

I already submitted response from UnilockI will glady meet with his Unilock Rep and request his response in writing.Mr *** paid for trees and shurbs in advance that were picked up on last day of landscapingIt was obvios some were not going to make itThe three white pines one was missing half the root ballOn his comtract he crossed out no warranty on plantings and made year
If beds were completely cleared out how did mulch and landscape fabricate appear under the lava rock and his land scape fabricateI'm attaching additional pictures and copy of contract he wroteThe pine pictures the healthy one is what he replaced dead one withThe not so healthy ones are what he charged me over $ *** a piece for and paid less than *** forHe did not answer why he had plantins July & to plant but never showed up till weeks later with pine tree
