Good morning, I have not been able to respond to this thread let alone other countless emails because after I split with my partner, I have not had access to the majority of the administration accountsI was the day in and out in the field guy while my partner handled the back end of thingsI now have obtained access to most of everything over the weekend so I can be reached directly at the above email or my personal cell phone at ###-###-####Mr [redacted] and I reached an agreement on terms of settling the matter outside of any legal action and I made the installment directly to his bank account this previous Tuesday 7-25-I have not been in the habit of stealing money from clients and resent the notion however I do understand it comes across that way and tensions are highI've built my business on referrals and relationships only never doing any marketing which is how I was referred to Mr [redacted] but unfortunately this year has been the most tryingWhen it rains it pours I guessI'm sorry and embarrassed to make my problems anyone else's and am working diligently to get them resolved and back on track hereI have never received a complaint or less then a star rating on my fb page before I believe my downfall is trying to expand to much and not being able to manage it properlyI have sense scaled back all operations so this will not happen againThank you for the time working with me on this matterBrandon H*** ###-###-####

MrH*** has only paid me 3300$ of the 4800$ we agreed onHe also stated that he would have the balance of what is to be returned this past friday 7-28-I wish I could say I was shocked to not receive a phone call and not see the money in my accountUnfortunately this is nothing new with this contractorI hope you've enjoyed your no interest loan for months

I am rejecting this response because: We have been trying to resolve this issue
with Holleywood Homes since the end of February and the more communication
we have had with them the further we are to a resolution, hence the reason I
reached out to the Revdex.com to try to help us mediate our current situation
As our documentation will demonstrate we do
not owe Holleywood Homes $1,and their offer to reimburse us $is not
correct or acceptableAs our documentation and logic will demonstrate Holleywood Homes actually owes us $At this time we feel like trying to come to an agreeable
reimbursement amount is not likely and are asking for the Revdex.com help to help us resolve
this conflictWe are also not going to communicate with Holleywood Homes
directly until we have an agreeable resolution.

Good morning, I have not been able to respond to this thread let alone other countless emails because after I split with my partner, I have not had access to the majority of the administration accounts. I was the day in and out in the field guy while my partner handled the back end of things. I...

now have obtained access to most of everything over the weekend so I can be reached directly at the above email or my personal cell phone at ###-###-####. Mr [redacted] and I reached an agreement on terms of settling the matter outside of any legal action and I made the installment directly to his bank account this previous Tuesday 7-25-17. I have not been in the habit of stealing money from clients and resent the notion however I do understand it comes across that way and tensions are high. I've built my business on referrals and relationships only never doing any marketing which is how I was referred to Mr [redacted] but unfortunately this year has been the most trying. When it rains it pours I guess. I'm sorry and embarrassed to make my problems anyone else's and am working diligently to get them resolved and back on track here. I have never received a complaint or less then a 5 star rating on my fb page before 2017. I believe my downfall is trying to expand to much and not being able to manage it properly. I have sense scaled back all operations so this will not happen again. Thank you for the time working with me on this matter. Brandon H[redacted] ###-###-####

Holleywood Homes, LLC is a licensed General Contractor in Franklin County, serving the residents of the Greater Columbus Area since 2012.Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] entered into an agreement with Holleywood Homes, LLC on December 9th, 2016. The project scope of the agreement included, among other...

things, removing and replacing the tiling in the shower. After completing this task, Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] expressed that there were some chips in the tile installed by Holleywood Homes, as well as chips in the existing tile installed by the manufacturer that they would like replaced. Holleywood Homes stated that there is always potential for tiles to be chipped while being cut, however agreed to replace these tiles. After replacing these tiles, Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] stated that there were other tiles they would like replaced as well. Holleywood Homes advised that replacing any additional tiles in the area could cause damage to the structural integrity to the shower wall, and recommended that the wall be torn out, replaced, and completely retiled; Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] agreed.During the reinstallation of the original shower door, there was a gap between door and new wall that measured in fractions of an inch. After remeasuring the newly built wall, and the shower door, it was determined that the home builder had built that wall unevenly, thus had a custom shower door produced to accommodate for the uneven wall. The wall that was rebuilt by Holleywood Homes, the wall was built evenly.Holleywood Homes agreed to reimburse Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] for the cost of a new shower door of equal or lesser value than that of the original. Holleywood Homes asked for documentation supporting the cost of the original shower door. Records show a PDF document was produced in January showing the total being $609.38. Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] then stated that this was not the amount they paid for the door. Holleywood Homes asked for supporting documentation, such as the original invoice prior to issuing the reimbursement. In March, Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] produced a second PDF document, identical to the original, showing the cost was $1,200.00. The metadata on the new document shows it was a modified version of the original document from January. Due to this conflict in data, Holleywood Homes then asked Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] for some other supporting documentation showing proof of payment, such as a bank statement. Holleywood Homes then received a third document from Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] in Excel format, showing an invoice total of $1,500.00.Holleywood Homes agreed to reimburse Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] for the price of the new shower door, and installation, totaling $1,118.70. The total amount due after the final invoice payment of $1,280 is made would be $181.55. Holleywood Homes contacted Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] on March 17th, 2017, and requested to schedule a time to complete the remaining touch-up work associated with the project and to deliver a check for $181.55. Holleywood Homes has not yet received a response. Holleywood Homes has mentioned time, and time again, that they are more than willing to complete this remainder of this project once an agreed upon date and time can be reached.Holleywood Homes strives to provide the highest quality of work and customer satisfaction.Holleywood Homes will continue to work with Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.Best Regards,Brandon H[redacted]Holleywood Homes, LLC
